If you seek a quiet and quality environment Fabi's house is ideal, the house is well equipped, we were in 4 adults, 1 baby and 2 pets and the house behaved very well, well tasty heated pool, super quiet neighborhood, finally, we spent pleasant days. My family's stay was simply amazing! I booked to take my 14-month-old children to see the sea, and it was the best choice we made. We were very well advised by the host Mr. Roberto, who gave us all the instructions and tips regarding the site. The house is extremely cozy, with impeccable and smelling bed and bathing suits, kitchen with all necessary utensils. Bathrooms with clean towels, as well as, all necessary items for bathing. Also, they all have accessibility bars, which pleased us too much, due to my mother-in-law's mobility problem. All rooms have fans and doors, which gave us more security due to my children's access control to the pool. The outdoor area is beautiful, huge backyard with a surreal view and a large, clean pool. Dona Cida (homemade) can't even be talked about, an amazing person, with a great heart, who was always on standby to help us. We'll be back for sure!

The comfortable, well-equipped, air-conditioned apartment, spacious, clean bathrooms… The condominium is a resort! Swimming pool, whirlpool, amazing landscaping, beach service, fitness center, sea view… The attentive, helpful, communicative... staff have made all the difference! Certainly, this is a great hosting option!

We felt at home in Renato's apartment. The reception by a condominium employee was super smooth and pleasant. The apartment is spacious, with a beautiful view of the beach. It had all the kitchen utensils a person needs to cook. We also really liked the practicality of the washing machine and also the items for going to the beach (chairs, umbrella and cart). Our car is small and they certainly wouldn't fit in our trunk. Thank you so much for the care and comfort you offer your guests. It was the first time that my family and I were in Guarujá. The apartment surprised us positively, new, modern, tasteful decor, without exaggeration, all of a lot of quality. The beds are very comfortable, all working well. Communication was easy and smooth. Although it was not far from Enseada beach, as he was with a child, it was necessary a car to go to the beach and to the market. My only suggestion would be that they put a clothes on the ground, because despite having the dryer, for the bikinis and other things was missed.

This apartment is in a great part of town-Gonzaga. The beach is great with easy walking only 1 block. Grocery store, well stocked just across the street. The apartment has everything you would need. Airconditioning works well. Nice deck with views of the city and the beach. I would REALLY recommend the apartment. Plus, Sandra, your host, was responsive, and gave us a list of excellent restaurants. Finally, she hires a great cleaning person who came every weekday.

The apartment is very nice and has a beautiful view. Well-maintained, with a full kitchen, very clean. The shower is electric and hot. The bed is comfortable and the rooms have air conditioning. The condominium is very quiet and well-maintained (airbnb renters are not allowed to use a sauna and gym). The beach is easily accessible by the stairs or the jeeps of the condominium. The beach is very beautiful, and the beach service is very good. The beach bar (exclusive to the condominium) serves delicious portions. Raquel is a great amphirian, flexible, easy to communicate and objective. I really enjoyed staying there, I hope to come back more often.
