Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Jordan Lake

I always enjoy staying at the Rustic Hideout. Everything is exactly how it needs to be. The host is always amazing and responds in a timely manner. This is my first go to when I’m coming to Montgomery.

We stay here for the night due to traveling for my daughter’s gymnastic meet. Everything was perfect! We absolutely loved this townhouse. It is quiet and the house is very clean, the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Montgomery.

Alise's house was great for our purposes! We stayed with 2 other families, all with kids 8 and under and it was super convenient for us. The bunk room and slide are awesome, the kids all loved them. The adults especially appreciated the safety locks on all the doors so no little ones could escape unnoticed. The beds were comfy, everything seemed clean and there were lots of convenient amenities--my family in particular was greatly appreciative of the sound machine in each bedroom. It felt like each family had their own private space so that was another huge plus. Overall, we didn't get to spend a lot of time at the house because we were in town for a wedding and gone a lot but it would be a great place to come hang out in the summertime and enjoy time on the lake!

Very roomy, clean and spacious. Very quiet neighborhood. The "BEST" place I've stayed in Montgomery Alabama.

We arrived cold and tired at 3am during winter to be greeted with a warm welcome. The lights and ducted heating were turned on. Drinks in the fridge, a gift basket and a Christmas tree with twinkling lights added to the feeling of coming home. Chelsea kept in touch with us throughout our flight delays at Dallas Fort Worth airport. Instructions to check in were clear and easy to follow. Chelsea promptly responded to our messages. She went above and beyond to meet our needs - getting an electric kettle and hand mixer delivered. The home is spacious with clean, family sized amenities, ample towels and bed linen. I strongly recommend staying in this home with Chelsea as your host. Hopefully it will be available on our next visit.

This beautiful, historic home is much larger than we expected. There was definitely more than enough room for two people to share in a part of Montgomery that was close to everywhere we wanted to explore. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the thermostat was easy to navigate to ensure our maximum comfort (as we stayed there at a time when the temperature fluctuated a lot). If you like more historical homes, I definitely recommend this home and these hosts for a future stay.

My wife and I stayed here during Christmas while visiting family in the area. This was easily one of the nicest / coolest Airbnbs we have ever stayed at. It exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - private but still close to everything you’ll want to do in Prattville, Millbrook, and Montgomery. It was also tastefully decorated for the holidays, making us feel right at home. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a really awesome place. 3 great bedrooms, big kitchen and comfortable living room. There is a kurrig with tons of pods. The best part is the back yard. It’s like being in a resort. When we come back to Montgomery, we will try to get this place again

Very peaceful location. The kids said the pool water was perfect. Modern conveniences, including washer and dryer.

What an adorable little place! It's ideally laid out for a small family, with the master suite downstairs and a bed+bath upstairs. I actually picked this place because it offered charging for my electric car, and there was indeed a high-power Tesla station (non-Tesla EV owners will need to bring an adapter). Many AirBnB listings will say they have "EV charging" but then only have a low-power wall outlet, so this was awesome. The pool and docks were a bit of a walk away, and visitors should note that the reservoir's water level is managed by the local hydro dam and drops 7 feet from November through March, leaving the docks here high and dry for those months. Still beautiful though!

Our stay was exactly what we needed… location and accommodations were perfect! Our basketball team was in town for a tournament, this house gave us an opportunity to relax and recharge. Highly recommend.

Fantastic lake condo at Lake Martin! We were visiting the area for a bass fishing tournament and Bob, the host, was very responsive and helpful! The property was very clean and having access to the boat slip, the pools, and the boat ramp were super convenient!

This place is ideal for vacation When I return to Montgomery, I will definitely reach out to Ashley to stay at her place again.

This is the second time we’ve used her house and are planning on using it again for the future. It’s great!

To date, Sweet Home Oakachoy is our favorite vacation home at Lake Martin! From start to finish, John & Sara were amazing to communicate with. It’s very obvious how much love they put into this home, as well as how considerate they are of their renters. The house is stocked with extra bath & beach towels, condiments, spices-supplies for pretty much anything you need or may have forgotten at home. There were only the four of us, but I can see this being a great place for a relaxing girls trip, or a big family reunion. I have a teenager, so the downstairs was all his. My daughter loved having a king bedroom to herself. I like that the bedrooms aren’t on top of each other. In between swimming/water sports, all had plenty of privacy/space to ourselves for napping or watching what we wanted on tv. One of the best parts of the rental is the Fish Shack-so cool! Although we didn’t get an opportunity to utilize it, plan to in the future-maybe for a long wknd during college football.
