Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Jollyville

My group of five was very comfortable during our stay here. The house was clean, comfortable and in close proximity to groceries, pharmacy etc. Easy check in and communicative hosts. Definitely a great option for anyone who needs to be near Austin.

We stayed at Julian's home for 2 months. It was so quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood and we greatly appreciated how nicely everything was prepared for us when we arrived. We're booking again for our visit next year!

This was a great place while in town for work. Close enough to town while still being private and secluded. Very nice property. The hosts were quick to respond and message us with any updates.

I've stayed in places that have been decorated by professional interior designers and had gifts of chocolates and wine for the tenants. If that is what you're looking for, don't stay here. If you're looking for a clean, private place to call your own for the length of your trip, this is the house for you. It cost twice as much as staying in a hotel, but it was ten times as fabulous and worth every penny. This house has everything I need: located in Wells Branch, no stairs, privacy, kitchen, and washer & dryer. I feel very fortunate that it was available to rent for the days I needed it and will definitely be checking the availability for my trip to Austin. Mike is an excellent host. I needed help a few times and he was quick to respond and helped me resolve my issues each time. I hate to bother the hosts, but he didn't make me feel like I was bothering him at all. In fact, he was exceptionally polite and proactive. I hope Mike will allow me to stay in his house on future visits.

Our stay at Shelley's place was lovely! The house is so spacious, was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill and amazing views. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect to relax and have a good night's sleep. When I first saw the listing, I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the sofa bed in bedroom 4 would be. It turned out that I picked this room for me and my husband: it's spacious, has its own bathroom and the bed is VERY comfy, in addition to the best views! The other bedrooms were also great, cozy and with perfect levels privacy. Everyone was incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Communication with Shelley was excellent, she is a fantastic host!

Abbi was a spectacular host and was extremely attentive and helpful. The house was perfect and comfy for our stay. It was just as described, if not better! Abbi was also helpful in extending our stay at another one of his beautiful homes. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Daniel’s place was very cozy! I walked in and immediately got the home sweet home feeling. The decor was super cute, the pictures on the wall were my favorite, along with the howdy neon! Both bathrooms were very clean, and they both had hair dryers (big bonus for us ladies). The beds were very comfortable and the heaters worked great! Daniel was very responsive when I had any questions! He was also very communicative about rules, specifics, etc which made the stay and check out even smoother. The neighborhood was relatively quiet, even at night. This location is very convenient being close to the highways. 10/10 would recommend!

Luis was very helpful and response. The unit was great and very comfortable. He answered all our questions while we stayed there. There were no extra blankets to use while watching tv, but otherwise the Airbnb was great.

Brand new building, great spot for easy access to north Austin. The growing pain of it being new construction, is that there is construction noise constantly. Even on Saturday morning unfortunately. But space is very comfortable and clean. Everything you might need in kitchen. Would recommend

Our stay here was great! Madison was an amazing host, always responded super quick and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to understand. The location was awesome, we were within a decent walk of everything on 6th street. If you don’t like the walk, the post is correct on there being tons of scooters and bikes around the area. I would definitely recommend this stay, especially if doing a lot of 6th street or nearby.

Paul and Erin’s place was perfect for a quick getaway. It was clean and had all the amenities listed. Perfect for a solo trip or a couple. One thing to note is that the AC/Heater unit works great but is a bit noisy. Thankfully I always carry noise canceling headphones. If you’re a light sleeper, I highly recommend bringing a pair. Other than that, the neighborhood is quiet and walkable. You’re a short walk to coffee shops and restaurants on South Congress and a short drive to downtown. One wish is that it included a parking spot but I was able to find one on the same street a couple of houses down the two nights I stayed there. Hosts were responsive when I had questions and reached out to make sure I had everything I needed. This is a great find for the price and area in Austin.

Wendy's place was amazing! Wendy's was very detailed on her instructions/directions on where and how to get in the unit. There was no confusion. Absolutely love the unit. It was clean, spacious and had amazing views. Loved our time there! Fuller Family

This place was clean and the images online were spot on! Spacious and beautiful! Loved it! The hosts responds quickly and very polite and professional. This was top notch.

Our family loved this space. It was a beautiful location and we'll played out home. Kimberly was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed.

I loved staying here. The decor was very artsy and tasteful. Even while indoors, the windows brought in much light and you were able to see the beauty of Lake Travis. It was a peaceful and secluded location which in my stressful life is exactly what I needed.

Kathy was an amazing host!!! the house was in incredible condition when we got ther and she was super communicative the whole time! We drove down from OKC and had some car troubles when we arrived and needed to stay extra days, she was very understanding and willing to help us while we figured out our plan to get back home!

We loved this place, it was super clean, we had a great time.

This was our 2nd time staying at Sandi’s place and just like the 1st time we had a good time. There’s so much to do on the property (for all ages). The host are super nice and friendly and you discover something new every time you visit.
