This is an architecturally significant (3-bedroom 3.5-bathroom) home by noted Las Vegas architect Homer Rissman. We are located in the heart of East Lakeview, just half a block from Lake Michigan and Lincoln Park, and blocks away from Wrigley Field and Boystown. Smart TVs (with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) are located in the shared main level TV lounge, and also the lower level lounge. Entire home I like in-person check-in but full privacy is offered You will receive a link with detailed instructions within 24 hours of your check-in. We have completely remodeled the inside and believe you will thoroughly enjoy this perfect lake home getaway. The inside features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 living areas, kitchen, and laundry room. The outside speaks for itself with its own private beach, wrap around dock, beautiful lake views from anywhere on the property, and great outdoor hang out areas both on upper level deck and lower level patio with camp fire. The home is on a picturesque lake- you will love having your own private beach!

This home is in a beautiful neighborhood. It was very clean and the decor was simple yet stunning. There was plenty of linen and the kitchen was stocked well enough to cook an entire meal Mark was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check in and out. I would stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is beautiful. The area is quaint, quiet and relaxing. The house was beautiful and roomy, beds were comfortable. We enjoyed playing the video game and spent the evenings around the fire pit. Host was helpful and responsive to all questions. Would book again.

The Woodland house is truly incredible, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort, from the cozy bedrooms and soft linens to the inviting beds. The kitchen nook with a couch overlooking the ravine offers stunning views of nature, making it a picturesque spot to relax. The home exudes warmth and is perfect for unwinding in the spacious sunken living room or one of the multiple outdoor seating areas. Debra was an excellent host, providing all the amenities you could need. This home is a 10+, and you won't want to leave!
