Excellent accommodation you feel at home, room and ground floor bathroom excellent for 3rd age people who cannot climb stairs, the aquazona very nice , can enter adults also only that it is open for 2 hours and only weekends.

This place is just made in heaven and nothing short of amazing! Even better than the pictures, perfectly distributed areas to give everyone space, peace and communal areas that invite to share, connect and enjoy time with family and friends. And Jonathan, Piri and Mary in the house were just incredible angels, helpful, proactive, kind and all prepared was excellent and delicious! This was an incredible stay and we will absolutely want to come back! Big thank you and please keep doing what you are doing!

We were delighted to stay in this home. The amazing pool and the kitchen are beautifully equipped. Rooms all with their private and very comfortable bathrooms. Soft beds with everything you need to rest. Cleaning and maintenance of 10. It is a very quiet place but close to everything you need when leaving. Don Juan and Mrs. Olga's attention was exceptional. We'll be back for sure we'll be back.

The place is designed for an extraordinary weekend. The grounds are large with lovely trees. The Jacuzzi is at the right temperature all the time. Jose and Berni are a super attentive hosts and ready to handle the smallest detail in your stay. Nayib son Berny and Don Jose is a super young Chef kid who cooks amazing. Super comfortable beds, huge bathrooms. The pool is a perfect size and on one side you can have your whole family on a terrace with all your favorite drinks. Ask Don Jose to make you a campfire and if you're wearing your guitar better. It has an independent terrace bar throughout the house, with a huge HD screen where you can watch your best game or a movie with the whole family. You have a suite that is separate from all other rooms that are ideal for retreat hosts.

They not only maintained the property in immaculate condition but also prepared delicious meals that added to the overall experience. They were always ready to help with anything we needed, including arranging transportation. The host was consistently responsive and accommodating, ensuring that all our questions were answered promptly and that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The place was comfortable for the days we were. Overall a pretty enjoyable space. Excellent choice for larger groups or families. It would be important to emphasize that there are two separate houses and that the pools have a solar heater. A 15-20 minute walk from the center of Tepoztlan and restaurants.

Diana's place was spectacular. A very well-maintained house, with lots of amenities and a top-notch team. We felt at home. Diana is an excellent host, very attentive to our needs, she gave us very clear instructions on the entire operation of the house and was always very helpful. Thank you, Diana!!

Our stay was incredible, Maria was always on the lookout, Felipe and Laura helped us at all times, they supported us with the kitchen and all the mandados, an exceptional treatment, I recommend it 100%, the property has everything you need to have a great time, just consider if there are elderly people that there are many stairs, for everything else it is perfect. Ilse’s place is a 2 floor 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a peaceful gated community with 24/7 security. It has all we needed for our stay; parking spot right infront of the house, a small private backyard, hot water, wifi, king sized bed, large fridge, large stove with oven. The community has a playground, a little duck pond, 3 small basketball/soccer field, for the weekends a waterpark what we haven’t tried but looked fun. 5 min drive there is a Soriana and right at the entrance of the community there is an OXXO. Ilse was very helpful and kind. We’re looking forward to come back again!

Our stay was pleasant, Sebastián was in contact with us from minute one, on our arrival CFE was fixing a transformer and he got involved and monitored all the time until the light arrived, the description matches everything, Blanca is always attentive and helping in everything, the cleaning is done every day and his season is delicious, the view of the house is beautiful, and the common rooms and rooms are very comfortable✨💜. I highly recommend it.

Our stay at this house was simply wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house is even nicer than what's seen in the photos - spacious, spotless, and charming decor! What we liked most was the comfort of the beds, perfect for resting after a day in the pool . The bathrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, we didn't miss anything! The internet is too fast, we never needed a good signal , as well as a horn to be able to listen to songs. The location of the house is excellent, with a beautiful view and the advantage of having an Oxxo very close for any craving or need. In addition, the communication with the hosts was impeccable: they were always attentive to our questions and requests, responding immediately and with great kindness. Another point to note is that the house is Pet Friendly. I definitely recommend Rodo and Joss as hosts ✨

Rodrigo and Ana's attention were excellent, but those who take a thousand stars are Gloria and Adrián, they were attentive to all our doubts and requests. There is a superb home that takes you out of any rush and well, the view of the lake is crazy. They helped us get a good ski boat and we really enjoyed our end with them. Thank you all! We highly recommend!

Excellent place with a spectacular view, a little difficult to access and should consider a pool caldera in winter time.
