The place is very organized and spotless clean. Just beside legoland. Medini mall offers varieties of shops and restaurants. Will come again.

It is a very clean and satisfactory house. Each drawer is labeled, so even the first time users were considerate enough to find things. If I come to Johor Bahru again next time, I will use it again. Thank you Mr. KC.

It is a clean and good environment, and quiet even though it's close to the roadside. Nice facilities and not crowded. The location is easy to approach for Grab & Private car, but it is a distance from the nearest 711 / convenience shop, so it is better to choose delivery.

Good to have a place which able to fit 16 pax people and was able to do team bonding at the house as well.

Great atmosphere and place. Cosy as well. A little bit inconvenient if walking is main mode of transport, but with the wonderful amenities and security provided, it was definitely worth it.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The place is exceptionally well-kept, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. Its convenient location near the town center made it easy to explore the area. The rooms are impressively spacious and comfortably accommodated all my guests. The host was responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a great stay. This villa was a hidden gem, Our group of 8 families consisting of a total of 27 pax had an unforgettable time at this villa. The layout was perfect for our group and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking family meals. The private pool, garden and outdoor spaces were beautifully landscaped, making it a perfect spot for evening BBQs by the pool and it can accommodate 5 cars in total. The proximity to the local malls was also a plus point. Our host, Gerald was incredibly friendly, helpful and very responsive. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

The location is excellent, very close to Singapore and conveniently accessible to many places. The house was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The water pressure was great, and the air conditioning was pleasantly cold. I visited with three friends, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host Nikki provided a great experience, and we will definitely return. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a wonderful day at Nikkol's place. It was a very spacious home to have fun. Importantly the swimming pool is so hugee. Nikkol was very responsive from the beginning till end, she replied to all my queries superfast. However, please note that this is an residential place and it might not be suitable if you would like to host party as the neighbours will complain if got noise after 10pm

Cozy and comfortable for family stay. Nice and clean. During new year's night 12am 2024, got a memorable moment to watch fireworks from the unit. It was spectacular!!

plus points:- Conveniently located though road works hampered our route. Clean and neat place with extra pillows available. Host is also responsive and helpful, both check in and out were hassle free. provided chrysanthemum packet drinks and bottled drinking water.
