Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Johnstown

I would recommend this home anytime you are in Greeley. It is beautiful home and you feel right at home. we stayed there over Christmas with the grandchildren. when we arrived there was snacks there for the children they left the bulbs there to decorate the tree that they had set up for us. this house is amazing

Outstanding location just outside of downtown Fort Collins. We have family in town and will be sure to make this a regular spot for us. Great accommodations and comfortable for a large family.

Great location and space in Boulder.

This was a great find. Right next to Sanitas and within a quick drive (or walk, if you’re motivated) to Ideal, Lucky’s, and pearl street. The house itself is cosy and well equipped. Loved it here and would absolutely stay again.

Home was very clean, spacious and cozy. Thankful for the fenced in yard, our dogs got to burn out some energy running around after a long carride. There's a little noise from the road but nothing bad; this home can easily fit a family comfortablably, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Rosalba was friendly, accommodating and she responded quickly. Her house is very clean, comfortable and cozy. Her house is in a cute and quiet neighborhood. The check in and check out was easy. I would highly recommend her house to anyone staying in the Erie area.

Trish's space was perfect for our family. I liked the kitchen space and there was a lot of room to spread out. Good location. Not far from CSU and Old Town. Liked that it was right by one of many hiking trails. My daughter's loved playing the baby grand!

We stayed a cold snowy week in January 2025, and had a delightful time in our place. Very well appointed, clean, spacious. Close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and the like, but quiet and lovely neighborhood.

We loved the location and easy check-in! It was very convenient to several surrounding attractions and local stores/restaurants. It is in a neighborhood that is pretty large, with lots of safe places to walk. Steve was extremely proactive in all communication and very thorough with instructions! Beds were comfortable and outside noise was very minimal. Could have used a few more dishes and serving utensils but there was pretty much everything we needed as far as laundry, toiletries and household supplies. Overall a wonderful stay!

My young son and I stayed here throughout the Christmas and new years holiday. We were out and about quite a bit but we took advantage of the available toys, games, coffee and walkable playground. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable. Close to everything. The kitchen is small but has everything as advertised. I was able to do everything I needed to. Although it’s a lower level apartment, it’s peaceful and quiet. Slept well at night thanks to the shades and comfy beds. Glenn was a great host.

Nice place in great location to explore Boulder, walking distance to Pearl Street and some other cool nearby spots. Quiet residential neighborhood with easy parking, lots of trees, nice neighbors. On the first morning we found out those neighbors occasionally include mule deer, how cool is that!! Carol was flexible regarding check-in time, and greeted us on arrival. She has a ton of local recommendations for things to see and do. Her place is comfortable and well equipped. She lives above the apartment, so yes of course you can hear some normal living noises, but this did not bother us at all! Would love to come back!

The apartment is super cute and in a great location! Easy walk to shops and restaurants, Target and grocery store within a block, but it’s definitely a neighborhood, not commercial, vibe. Tim offered suggestions for food and drink, we visited several and enjoyed them all …he also reached out after our arrival to check in and see if we needed anything …you don’t find that everywhere! If we return to Fort Collins we will definitely stay again!

Bonnie’s place provided us the perfect rest spot while we visited family in Erie, Colorado. We were pleased to find delicious muffins at checkin, as well as a generous selection of hot drinks for the Keurig ! Wonderful shower, towels, and mattress for a good nights sleep. Be sure to watch your toes around the base of the metal bedframe! Spacious kitchen and bathroom . Bonnie is so approachable , and a plus is that her own home is right next door . Walkable to downtown and terrific restaurants ( in good weather😊). Do NOT miss “ Stacey’s Kitchen “ or the “ Erie Social Club”!!!! Be sure to double check closing times, as they are earlier than on the East coast. We Look forward to returning to Bonnie’ s Place!!!

We had a great holiday stay visiting family in Fort Collins and Kelseys place offered the extra space we needed to accommodate the family. Great location to downtown. Cozy and clean and hosts were very accessible. Would stay here again when we return!

Jennie’s place was exactly what we needed for our short weekend in Boulder! Her place was very clean and comfortable. The air bnb had its own entrance and was easy to find. We would definitely come back and stay at her place!

I was so grateful to have found this sweet studio. It was beautiful, clean, and cozy. I loved the lighting (key variable for me) and the decor. I felt very much like i was on my own little private retreat. I will definitely stay there again!

We will definitely stay here again if we make a return trip to Boulder. The condo was very nicely apppointed, most especially the kitchen! We immediately felt right at home. We stayed warm and comfortable even though the temps dropped below zero a couple of nights. Rest assured, this condo is a delightful home base for your stay in Boulder.

Nataliya was an amazing host and her home was amazing! It was stocked up with everything we needed and stuff we wouldn’t have even thought of needing. The place was squeaky clean and instructions for everything were clear!

I had a great stay at Alicia’s condo. It is in a quiet location and almost everything you’d need in Boulder is in walking distance. Modern appliances, comfy bed, covered parking, the heated tile bathroom floor all are appreciated. I’d happily stay here again when visiting.

Alison’s spot is fantastic because she’s clearly thought through every detail of the guest experience. The space is spotless, well-organized, and welcoming, with clean white countertops, quality appliances, and modern yet warm cabinetry. The kitchen and dining areas flow beautifully, and the decor is tasteful and uncluttered. Upstairs, the three bedrooms have comfortable beds and fresh linens, and during our snowy, freezing stay, Alison even provided electric blankets for each room—a thoughtful touch. Small details, like Native-brand soaps in the bathroom and a drink fridge stocked with water and beer, show her care and attention. Nothing feels forced; it’s clear she simply asked, “What would I want in a stay?” and made it happen. Alison is also communicative and responsive, reaching out to ensure we were comfortable. It’s easy to see why this place is a guest favorite. If you’re staying in Boulder, this spot is hard to beat.

Of all the Airbnbs we have visited this was the best value because of the convenience, cleanliness and price. It is a well stocked, comfortably furnished bargain. There is a Lebanese restaurant that is fantastic two blocks away and many others just a little further. Add great Middle Eastern food to the package and you can't ask for more for the price.
