Holiday houses in Johnston

We booked Tyler and Lauren’s place for a wedding we were attending in the area. It was perfect for our needs and close to the wedding venue. Their place was clean and comfortable and we took advantage of their outdoor fire pit area, including the s’more fixings they left for us. They have a lovely yard and Lauren was incredibly friendly and responsive with all of our questions and concerns. I would absolutely stay there again if visiting RI.

We were lucky to stay at Angela’s gorgeous cottage for the week of Thanksgiving. It was the perfect break for my son who goes to school in Boston and close to extended family and friends. The house is very comfortable for a family of 4. It’s quiet though not isolated and within walking distance to Iggy’s and the water. Rooms are bright and warm. The kitchen had everything we needed. Towels were plenty, fluffy and just-like-home. Angela has thought through her guest’s experience and made sure to have whatever might be needed.

Your place is absolutely perfect for our trip and has become such a special spot for our family. It’s warm, inviting, and everything we could hope for—it’s no wonder we’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

My stay at Dan's was better than expected. The home is beautiful and cozy. It has everything you could ask for. I actually brought more with me than I needed. Location is perfect. Restaurants and downtown are all within walking distance so no need to pack up the kids in the car. Instructions were very easy to follow. My husband and I talked about coming back again when it gets warmer.

This our second time staying at one of the houses on the river. Great location and house is as described. Would highly recommend.

This was one of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed in. Every detail of the interior, the communication with the hosts, the bedding, everything was flawless. The hosts are incredibly kind and responsive. My college friends and I all flew in for a reunion from different parts of the US and the house was perfect for us. We were able to park in the driveway and also town was totally walkable from the house. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful historic home close to everything you want to do in Mystic. Walkable to downtown (drawbridge) and Mystic Seaport. Private home with room for the entire family. Onsite parking lets you avoid the struggle to find parking in town when it’s busy. Linens were fresh, bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the bathroom was amazing. The hosts went out of their way to ensure a wonderful stay with everything you need to enjoy your home away from home!

If you love the sound of waves crashing at your feet, this is the place for you. Incredible sunsets from the private deck. A picturesque, walkable village with a beautiful pier. Your own private beach right outside your door. Restaurants right up the street. Small enough to be absolutely charming but big enough (with the large loft) to accommodate a group. Location is everything and this place has it. Exactly as advertised and Host could not have been more amiable.
