Beautiful property, fantastically landscaped, lovingly with playground and direct possibility to move into the forests. Large window front overlooking the forest, uncomfortable. Enough space, you will find everything you need. The host's dog is a dream, beautiful and sugar sweet, so friendly. We were directly in love with shock! We'll be back!

Price-performance is the price

We spontaneously stayed with Kay with my children (4 and 6). Kay was very flexible with check-in and check-out, which made it very easy to get in and out with infants. The place was right on the toboggan run. Spontaneously, I also registered the children for ski school. Accommodation was very well equipped, the underfloor heating was very pleasant after the long days. Everything is available in the kitchen. We felt very warm and would be happy to come back!

I had a nice stay in the apartment of Sonja and Werner. The flexible check-in thanks to the lockbox made my arrival incredibly relaxed. The quiet location on the outskirts of town was ideal for me. Nevertheless, a bus stop was very close. For example, excursions by car in the area or by bus to the city center were very possible. I found the loving welcome greeting, which made me feel very welcome right away. The place was clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Werner was friendly, attentive and helpful. I can highly recommend the place and would love to come back anytime.

The accommodation met our expectations, the spacious apartment is in a good location, there is a supermarket, a bus stop and a nice pizzeria. The house and surrounding area is completely quiet. Everything in the apartment is new or new, functional and clean, central heating and the possibility of regulating radiators. We also appreciated the prepared wines (we left the money on the table when we checked out). The only thing missing is a dishwasher in the kitchen:) Thank you and we will be happy to visit again on your next visit to Karlovy Vary.

Nothing to complain about

Great place in good location - easy access by car, tram nearby to head into city centre if desired and could walk to local bakery and supermarket. Very spacious flat with everything that might be needed. Also great comms from host. Would happily stay again.

The place was great. Everything was as described. Miroslav and the other staff of the facility were super friendly. Everything was extremely clean and in order. Everything is perfect, we will be happy to come back.

Super lodge, good location close to colonnades. The lady was very accommodating, she explained everything nicely. The apartment feels like you're in a castle. A pool and hot tub are a nice bonus.

Spacious and cozy apartment with a nice view. Big kitchen that has everything you need. Big and clean bathroom (there’s no curtains on the windows there – the only downside I can think of). All in all, we felt like home. Apartment has style and soul, not just a lifeless place to sleep in. Richard is a kind and proactive host, who gave us very clear instructions. Wonderful apartment in Bad Elster. Perfect location - walking distance to parks and bakery, surrounded by forest with beautiful starry skies at night. The host was attentive, and all our needs were met. Great for groups and very comfortable. Fresh air and peaceful surroundings made our stay truly enjoyable. The two are super personable and quickly available. In addition, they left us fresh tunnels and homemade cookies to welcome us.
