We live incredible days in Rafael's chalet. Before the trip he sent us several tips and instructions that were essential and accurate for us to take advantage of our stay and to arrive easily. The property is gorgeous, grandma-faced. We received daily visits from horses, cow and oxen, birds, butterflies of the most diverse colors and sizes, and even from a canindé macaw, affectionately cared for by the homemaker, Reinaldo, who was also super friendly with us. We walked the kayak in the dam, with life jacket and all the necessary equipment, all provided by Rafael. The property's access to the dam is walking down a dirt path, so we recommend sneakers and repellent. The car path from the highway to the property is very quiet, with stretches on dirt road, but most of the cars pass without difficulty. The chalet is super well equipped with kitchen items, towels, covers and pillows, all of good quality. We recommend to everyone!

The house is easily accessible, very comfortable, with plenty of green and well-kept areas. The room that is not a suite, is a bit tight because it has two double beds and there is not much room left, but it does not negatively impact the stay. Standout for Otto, a person who answered us promptly when we need it. Super we recommend!

The place is amazing, really a find! The view is beautiful, the dam is great for fishing (it has many fish, tucunarés, Amazonian trayra, tilapia and black bass), as well as being very pleasant to swim. For those with a pet, the space is the ideal destination. The property has a lot of private and safe space for the animal. Outside that the dam is also very attractive for the dog to cool off. All contact with the hostess was impeccable, we were impacted by the cleanliness and organization of the house. It has anything you might need. The house is not close to the center of Joanópolis, but local commerce meets any needs. I went with my family during the week and it is pure calm. The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for those looking to rest. We will come back more often. Thank you, Cristina, because you can feel the affection in every corner of the house.

The house is great! Super complete, comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains and the dam. Great mattresses and pillows. Clean linen and bath linens. The kitchen is super complete. The exterior space of the house is super inviting. Uma delicia!!! Letícia is an always willing host. Already gave several instructions even before we arrived at the house and always mto polite. The place around tb is beautiful mto! City council brings good energy and makes us want to come back soon!

Wonderful stay, the house is exactly like the impeccable listing, cleanliness and organization, apart from Eliana's care to leave the cozy environment, very capricious and attentive. We have indicated beautiful places. We will certainly return to Joanópolis, a very quiet city that gives you an extraordinary contact with nature. My family and I love it!!!!

We spent a very good weekend in the house, a super quiet place, with a beautiful landscape, extremely as it showed in the announcement, very close to the waterfall, so much so that we walked to it. The super hot pool, cozy home. Thaís was super kind, since even before I closed it always answered me by answering my questions, it was super attentive in the matter of check-in and checkout. I highly recommend it.

The house is in a very private place, surrounded by nature, singing of birds and something that I have not seen for years, FIREFLIES. Just like the pictures. The wonderful pool, a comfortable and beautiful lining, a cascade of stone with ice-cold water on the side, a delight for the super hot days we caught. Paulo was super cordial, attentive, and easy to communicate. It is well worth staying there. A tip that is always good to pass on, make a purchase with everything so you don't have to go out and stop enjoying the day, as it is a little far from the city center.
