It's the best value for the money~ It was very cold, but the heating worked well. I slept warmly. ^^ I'll come again on my next trip to Busan~

Very helpful host especially if you have early flight to catch. Comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. You can walk to nearest train station.

Great Location and fantastic host!

The room that we rented was very spacious. It was squeaky clean. Check in was a breeze. The host offered a water dispenser on the ground floor and a microwave oven. The room had a separate toilet and bathroom. The place was really quiet. It was also very near Busan station and other bus stations.

Going with kids This is a very good accommodation! There is Geoje Sonokam nearby, so you can see the sea going up the hill, but it is difficult to see the sea from the alley that enters the accommodation. However, it is a place where you are willing to revisit! The yard is spacious, so you can run and play with your child, and it was so nice to have a rooftop. There are facilities that don't envy the kids cafe indoors, and there are several toys and spine, so I had a good time! :) There was a heater car with a warm breeze in the bathroom, so I was able to take a warm bath with my child:) I had a good stay!

We immediately felt very welcome and were 정학 warmly received by . He is an exceptionally warm and supportive host as well as a uniquely good-natured person. We highly recommend his very beautifully built and furnished "tiny house" with camping atmosphere. The campsite is very well equipped, even with all necessary emergency rations in the small camping store. The property is also easily accessible by bicycle on the “4 River Path” from Seoul to Busan (or vice versa) (preferably from the southern side).

The family had a good stay, and the ocean view was really pretty. The host was kind and the accommodation was very clean.

It was nice to have a convenience store nearby in a good location with clean facilities at a reasonable price.

I booked room 12, which is a new listing and used it with my family. 1. The room It is literally a panoramic ocean view. The sea through the window of the living room is really art. And the facilities such as the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen are really neatly organized. 2. Reservations You accepted it immediately after requesting a reservation through Airbnb. Since then, I sent you instructions for using the room, so I was able to check what I needed in advance and visit. I sent you a message with a few questions, and you responded really kindly. 3. Testimonials This time, it was a family trip, and I think it's a really fun place to enjoy friends and company workshops. Willing to visit again 200%!!

It was right in front of the sea, so it was easy to get to, and the scenery was so good ~ ~ I went on a trip to Busan with six people, and it was spacious as shown in the picture, and there were plenty of bedding, towels, and tableware. There were two showers in the bathroom, a toilet, a sink, and two sinks, so it was easy and nice for many people to use! The floor heating on the first floor was very warm, but the second floor was a little chilly at night. The blankets were warm, so it wasn't cold! The host's reply was quick and very kind. Thank you. Thanks to you, I made good memories in Songjeong ~ ~ ~ The sea seen from the accommodation is really pretty!!

Our family group of 12 (originally 14) and a toddler had a great at time at this Airbnb. The large communal space meant we could hang out together after dinner and enjoy watching some videos and movies. The bathrooms were easy to use and very clean. The shower is not what you’d expect of a hotel but that’s fine because it’s not a hotel! None of us in the family found the showers bad. Not a con but worth noting for future guests: the Airbnb (as of our trip) only provided small hand towels. We did not get supplies bigger body towels. This was not a major issue for us but something worth noting. Only con was some of the bathrooms had a slight funky smell despite being very clean. We did not end up needing to use those rooms. Overall great stay for a big group trip to Busan!

A great place to stay. Very convenient as it is close to Haeundae Market, lots of restaurants to choose, the beach, the sea aquarium, lots of stores to buy things and near the road. The place is also quiet and comfortable to stay with a large group. The price is cheap if stay during weekdays. The host is kind and fast responsive. The place is equipped with a fast wifi internet, very strong shower, a complete set kitchen, washing machine and complete furnitures that feels like home. The downside are STAIRS as it is located at third floor and i didnt use the bathroom outside as it is ‘far’, very lonely and it is cold. It also has a great barbeque place but i didnt use it. I’m glad i choose this place. Going to book this place again when i visit Busan.
