Great place! No frills accommodation but very clean and tidy as well as having excellent swimming and health club access. Really helpful staff too and the food in the restaurant was great!

Our stay at Badgers Rest was nigh on perfect. With 6 adults and four kids under 5, the accommodation was spot on. Kevin and Sarah responded quickly when we needed them and we will be happy to re-book for a future stay.

Large house that accommodated us and our 6 friends for a reunion. The house has everything you need for a get together and lends itself to being a very sociable home to meet up. 25 minutes walk to Worcester Town centre. Check in was super smooth and communication was excellent

We stayed here for a girls weekend. The home is beautiful, spacious and homely, we all really enjoyed our stay. We dealt with Katy during our stay and she was very friendly and responsive. The only downside I would have to mention would be that we were asked to try and be quiet during the Saturday day time due to one of the neighbours having a house viewing. The other guests and I complied with the request but it was a little frustrating and it gave us the impression that the surrounding neighbours are not very happy about living next door to and air b n b. However, this did not put a damper on our weekend. I would recommend this house the families or groups of friends that want a getaway. We actually took a taxi in to Birmingham to go out for the day and the taxi ride was only 35 minutes. Thanks again Katy for being great.

I had such a great stay! The home was super clean, cozy, and exactly as described. I especially loved their additional free services. All the representatives of Liberty Holdings were so kind and responsive, making everything easy from start to finish. The location was perfect, close to Cotswold, and my daughter loved the miniature village. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting from Birmingham. You’ll enjoy the best relaxing experience, just a short distance away!

Awesome hosts and place

8 of us had a wonderful time staying here, the space is beautiful and well laid out. The space is fantastic social space for family get togethers; Sonos speakers, comfy sofas and a huge dining table made for cosy and fun evenings. We loved lighting the wood burner in the evenings and starter kindling is provided to get you started. We cooked large family meals in the aga. Many hours were spent also playing pool and ping-pong in the basement. There is however a musty smell in there which is quite strong and I would personally not want to sleep down there (there are bunkbeds for kids). The bedrooms are large and there is lots of room. Some of our party needed to work remotely and there is a lot of space to find a quiet area and actually two desks with desk chairs which was very handy Susan is very communicative and a very friendly host. Thank you!

We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

Simply perfect! The house is super comfortable, with amazing electric leather sofas that made relaxing so easy. It was spotless and had a lovely private garden to enjoy. The heating was warm and cozy, making the stay even better. The location is fantastic – close to the airport and in a family-friendly area, which is hard to find around here. We had such a great experience and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

We stayed in this property as a ladies get together. It was perfect for us, close enough to local amenities, good sized property with space for us all without getting under each others feet. Our 2nd visit to Kit's house. Perfect for us, just round the corner from close family. In town, so all amenities only 5 minutes away, but still a nice quiet street. Spot on.

One of the best airbnbs we've stayed in as a group! Very thoughtful host, even left us a basket of goodies! Thoughtful touches throughout, for example plenty of blankets for a cozy night in.

Paul is very friendly and he is the only owner who pay us a visit when we arrived there. He is very responsive and he explained well about his beautiful house. Everything in the house is complete. We enjoyed staying there and really feel at home. Very peaceful surrounding. Shops are nearby and the house is really beautiful. We dont even want to leave the house. Thanks Paul
