The Guest House, Elegance in Javea Old Town.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Cottage

Set amongst the orange groves, and perfectly located for sandy beaches ( 2km away) and near to Dénia town (5km). The Casita (small guest house, no kitchen, but with fridge & kettle) is set in the grounds of our private villa, behind electric gates and with views of both the Segaría and Montgo mountains. A very tranquil setting but with great access to everything Dénia and the surrounding area has to offer. We look forward to welcoming you here and we are sure you will love it as much we do!

Apartment for 2 people with AA and Wi-Fi. Located on the slope of the Montgó Natural Park in a privileged environment, surrounded by pine trees and very quiet, between Denia and Javea in the Urbanization "Los Lagos" that has a communal pool, gardens and a small lake that gives its name, very close to the traditional village of Jesús Pobre. There are numerous routes for Trekking and Bicycle that will bring you closer to the wonderful coves and beaches of the Marina Alta.

The location is strategic as it is located 7 kilometers from Javea and 10 kilometers from Denia very well connected by optimal roads. Take a step back in this unique, soothing accommodation. Beautiful surroundings, large heated swimming pool in large garden with seats and jeu de boulle court. The house. The cottage (built between 1910- 1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although, from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, it invades you.
