House holiday rentals in Jekyll Island

The house was as described, spacious and on a quiet street perfect for our family with two young kids. The pool and spa and backyard space was great. We appreciated the beach toys and some indoor toys, as well. The home is really nice but also a vacation home we felt welcome and comfortable in with young kids because it was a loved and lived in home. Would absolutely stay again when we visit SSI.

The home was very clean and fit seven people comfortably. The host thought of everything, and anything we needed was in place ready to go. Bicycles were in excellent condition and the pool was so much fun with the family. There was a closet full of games and lots of thoughtful books and movies for all ages throughout. The host provided advice on how to get the most out of our stay in the area.

Our stay in St. Simons was absolutely perfect, thanks in large part to this uniquely charming cottage. The location couldn’t be better, and the cottage itself was ideal for the two of us and our dog. The heated pool and spa were the icing on the cake—we enjoyed them every single day. The weather was perfect, the island was peaceful yet fun, and some of our best moments were simply relaxing on the porch or in the beautiful backyard. A special shoutout to the hosts, who were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend St. Simons as a destination and this cottage as the perfect home away from home. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed staying here! Beautiful home that we all loved. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The only thing we were bummed about was that the pool was not heated (We assumed it was since it was available all year long) but after looking at the listing again it did not indicate that it was heated. Alvin was a great host and was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible stay at Elizabeth’s place! The space was beautiful, clean, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing trip. It felt even better than advertised. Elizabeth was a fantastic host — super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. She made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. Thank you for hosting us. I've been doing a guys golf trip for 12 years now, this house was perfect, no one around so we could be loud and have fun. Misty was great, allowed us to check in real early so we could make our tee times.

We rented your house as a group of eight women in town for a weekend golf clinic. Your house was designed to encompass all of our needs. The bedrooms were big and beautiful, so many outdoor spaces, two different living rooms that were most inviting. We all came in after golf and took showers and everyone of us had hot water. a couple of people in the group saved the information on your house so that they could rent it for other occasions. absolutely worth every penny. We loved our stay at this wonderful home on Jekyll Island. We were close to everything — the beach, restaurants, wetlands, music, the conference center, downtown, and the historical district. The place is well designed with all the amenities and plenty of room to stretch out. We highly recommend this home on Jekyll Island and would not hesitate to stay here again. The hosts were gracious and responsive.

Charming bungalow stay, about 15 min walk into town. Very quiet neighborhood. Adorable little space and quality home furnishings. First time in a long time I’ve felt like I’m in a real person’s home and not a rental, and that homey-ness went a long way to making us feel at ease all weekend.

We booked this house for my bridesmaids and I to get ready at for our wedding. It was beautiful and very clean. It’s in a great location to lots of great restaurants and shops. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great house, great host, easy to communicate with

Great house with beautiful upgrades. Easy walk to the beach and close to downtown restaurants. Pet-friendly but you wouldn’t know it based on how clean it’s kept. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend a getaway to St. Simons; a great little calm and peaceful place. Also, don’t forget to grab a donut at Dulce Dough. Featured on Triple D, the donuts are like no other!

Lydia was on top of things and when I asked a question she had an answer within ten minutes. Would definitely recommend her!

It was a great stay, especially for 2 families. It has a nice outside sitting area which we used a lot. Short walk to the beach and walkable distance for dinner. It’s in a nice, safe area. Easy check in with code access.

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood. It was close enough to all the things we want to do (St. Simmons and Jekyll). The house had all the things we needed.

I was concerned by the prior reviews that there would be pet smells in the home. The home is pet friendly, but we did not notice anything. There are no carpets in the home which is very nice. We did not have pets with us, but we found the home to be free of odor and very clean is very convenient to all things in Saint Simons Island, and very private and safe. Highly recommend!

Darien has always felt like a home away from home! This is the first time we’ve stayed at John’s place, but we fell in love with his little home. We hope to be back in the future!

We had a great stay. With options for early/late checkout, our stay was fantastic. We will be back for another stay.

We loved the covered porch and tons of fenced yard for our dog. The kitchen was well equipped and the descriptions for the house were all very accurate. My husband was able to run meetings with the excellent internet too! Would happily stay again :)

Captains Boathouse is amazing!! This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and absolutely love it. The property is quiet and peaceful and very clean.

This place was perfect for our stay for 3 months ! Wesley was very nice and the house was a great place to stay . We will be back !
