Stayed here with a group of 8 people for my birthday. It worked great - the layout is very conducive to groups of adults because of the en suite bathrooms. The location was perfect for a FQ, Marigny, and Bywater birthday setup. Highly recommend!

Perfect New Orleans Stay – Spacious, Comfortable, and Full of Charm! Our group of 15 had an incredible stay at this beautiful New Orleans Macarty home! The house is stunning—true to the city’s charm with its traditional architecture and thoughtful design. Each of us had our own private bathroom, which made our stay so comfortable and seamless. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable with posh, high-quality linens that made it feel like a luxury stay. If you’re looking for a spacious, well-appointed home in New Orleans that offers comfort, style, and exceptional hospitality, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

This was our second time at 2800 Conti. It was like coming home!!! So beautifully appointed just like I remembered! In the city that care forgot for my 30th class reunion homecoming from Xavier University of Louisiana. I was so thrilled to be in this special space for celebrate. Tom was so responsive (not that we needed many reach outs) but the few times we did during the week, response time was less than 15 minutes. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy 2800 Conti!!!!

This was the most perfect stay! Just big enough for my husband and I to stay for a few days, backed in a quiet and private spot close enough to see and do all of the fun things as well. We felt so safe and had no issues at all. Will definitely recommend this spot to everyone and we will be back!

We had a great time exploring NOLA from this Airbnb! We wish we had time to take advantage of the pool, hot tub and grill! Very spacious and comfortable home! You do need to uber to the French quarter. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved this home! Pool and hot tub a hit for everyone. A little noisy in 2 downstairs bedrooms from bar next door. we had 2 issues that were resolved immediately. great place to stay!!!!

Thu was a great host. Responsive and kind. We had to stay an extra day due to 9" of snow! Thu let us stay at no additional charge which was appreciated so much! I highly recommend this home for large groups. There was eight in our group and we were very comfortable.

Our group had a great time staying here. The space had everything we needed and plenty of room for our larger group to spread out. The main floor is wide open and a great space for larger groups to spend time together. The location was ideal. A short drive to the French quarter and within walking distance to other restaurants and shops. Would recommend this to anyone needing a larger place to stay in NOLA.

We had a wonderful time! We normally stay in the French Quarter so this our first stay in the Garden District. It was very relaxing and felt like home away from home. The trolley station is about a block away so it’s easy enough to get around, about a mile away from the Superdome, and right next to the Mardi Gras parade route. We will always look for it when we return to New Orleans.

We had the best time in NOLA and didn’t want to leave. Blair’s place is on the St. Charles line so we took the streetcar everywhere. Neighborhood is lovely and safe, their place charming and immaculate. Great restaurants within walking distance - can’t recommend enough.

Isaac’s place was very nice everything was close by. He was very responsive and anything we needed he was very helpful and very fast to take care of any issues. The place was clean and very spacious we had more than enough space. I would definitely stay at Issac’s place again when I come back! Thanks Issac we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect place in New Orleans Mid-City neighborhood. Just as described. Super close to tons of great places (although not the density you'll find near the quarter or in uptown), easy access to the Quarter and Downtown via the street car, etc. Neighborhood feels safe and quiet. The third bedroom is definitely kinda funky. It's a dining room that was converted to a bedroom it seems. So when someone is in there, access to the kitchen is cut off. Also, the downstairs bathroom does not have bathing facilities, so this place is not a great choice for people that have mobility issues. None of this caused an issue for us, but it was things I wanted to share.

Christopher's house was by far the best airbnb I stayed at in New Orleans. His house is extremely well located (a few blocks away from Frenchman street and the French quarter), well decorated/homy, clean and spacious. It's worth it if you have enough guests to fill in every room. Communication was also very good, he always answered to my messages within a few minutes and he was very accommodating.

Billy's place was as described! Nice space with lots of room for all 6 of us. Great kitchen amenities though our stay was too short to cook. This is a great place to stay pre-cruise -- terminal is 5 minute uber ride! Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spacious and squeaky clean! Easy instructions and easy to get inside upon arrival. Highly recommend for visit to New Orleans. Billy, thanks for your hospitality! I hope to visit again.

A beautiful home. All 6 of us had our own space and we felt right at home. Mark was very helpful. We had a minor plumbing issue and he made sure it got taken care of quickly. The location is great if you want to be a little bit away from busy areas, and there is even a store very close for groceries. We had a car so it was easy to get around to restaurants and stores nearby, and it was a quick drive to the French Quarter. It was a little noisy at night at times, there’s a train nearby and we had helicopters flying over a couple of time (maybe because President Biden was in town). We had a great time and loved the place!

Great place to relax- even for one night! We had a quick stay during the TS weekend. This house has many amenities- including a pool and an amazing sunroom- I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy them!

We would definitely book again! Easy to find, very close to the French Quarter and easy to get to other areas of NOLA. We enjoyed our time very much!!!

Loved my stay at this beautiful cozy home! Perfect location, I felt very safe and comfortable my entire stay. Check in/checkout was super easy. The host was very kind and left Louisiana snacks (so delicious!) and was extremely responsive. The entire home was so clean and organized. It had everything I needed. Hands down my favorite Airbnb experience! Will be booking again in the future when visiting family!

Visiting New Orleans for the first time with my parents (late 60s) and my sister (30), we needed a space that would accommodate different needs and come equipped with great amenities. Joel and Lindsay's place put everyone immediately at ease —it offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style, making it an ideal retreat for both relaxation and adventure. And somehow, we managed to sidestep the usual family bickering that so often comes with vacations. I credit our peaceful stay to this Airbnb—it set the perfect tone for a stress-free getaway. A big shoutout to Congregation Coffee and Barracuda Taco just down the street for their exceptional food and service (best Matcha and fish taco I've ever had!) as well as Bargeboard for their exceptional curation of local antiques —all were perfect additions to our stay in Algiers Point! And of course a big thank you to Lindsay!
