Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Jefferson County

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home during the long weekend for Thanksgiving. Kitchen is huge with lots of cookware. The kids really enjoyed the game room as well as the movie theater. The thing that was the biggest hit with everyone was the game bumper pool. If visiting in November like we did you should note that the lake is lowered and you cannot see any water at the house. Which we knew going into. Still made for a beautiful view. The outdoor pool area is really big and would be very nice in the summer months! Would like to visit again in the summer to take advantage of all this property has to offer.

Had a great stay! The house was exactly as listed and we were very happy with it. The home was listed as dog friendly and we brought our pups, there were dog treats and extra bowls which we’ve never experienced before! The space was more than big enough for all of us and we enjoyed all of it! Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and had a great time on our family trip! The home was very homey and comfortable to us. We would definitely stay again if we were planning to take another trip to this area 😊

Dandridge is a great little town and this house is right in the heart with great views of Douglas lake. Walking in the house you felt like you were home. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay with the family at this fantastic mountain get away. Not too far from Pigeon Forge and plenty to do at the house when not out exploring.

We loved staying here and meeting Mike and Melissa. They were so nice and we loved learning about all of their animals, what they liked to do and what they have done in the past. The view was incredible and the highland cows were the highlight! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for everything!

This place was gorgeous! Views are great of Douglas Lake but river is very low in winter. Rooms were all spacious and nice! Having 3 bathrooms is a plus especially on lower level where there’s entertainment and extra bedroom. The entertainment room was a hit every night! The only downside was I did not do my research on how far it is from Gatlinburg. If you want a secluded retreat this place is perfect! Alyssa the host was extremely friendly and responded quickly when needed.

The Spruce Villa at The Haven WNC was absolutely stunning. The host, Julie was always very quick to respond and very helpful from the beginning of the booking process right through checkout. The property itself takes your breath away from the moment you enter the beautiful gate! Well maintained roads, hiking trails and some of the best views you can find. It feels like you are hundreds of miles away from everything but it is close to several small towns with shops, dining, skiing and nightlife. The Spruce Villa was absolutely spotless. Better than the pictures! The views were amazing from every window and the deck. Julie made sure every detail was as posted from the local products to make your own pizza kits with fresh herbs at your window to what kind of wine you requested at booking. Spotless, comfortable, private and beautiful. High end appliances, grill, hotub and fresh clean linens. When they say where luxury meets nature, they mean it. I will definitely be returning!

The house was beautiful! It had so many amenities…something for everyone. The layout was spacious and provided everyone with their own privacy too. The kitchen had all appliances and dishes, cooking utensils, pots/pans you would need. There were two washers and dryers! The game room was amazing. The dining table was large and allowed everyone to gather. The decks were lovely…the hot tub was great!! There were plenty of towels and washcloths…soaps, shampoo/conditioner, and lotions provided throughout. The hosts were friendly and so responsive. I highly recommended them as hosts and this house as a destination. We will definitely go back for a longer stay. This experience was fantastic!!!

Absolutely ten out of ten recommend this stay. As beautiful as the pictures are they don't even do it justice of how nice and beautiful this place is! Also Julie was a mazing host, she responded immediately every time we reached out with very helpful information. Very clear check in/check out instructions and directions to the stay. Cant recommend this place enough!

Great location and very clean home. It was a peaceful and quiet stay but close enough to the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We would highly recommend!

Great and relaxing stay at Fancy Pants! Enjoyed some chilly weather in the hot tub and by the fire. Shuffleboard and the arcade classics console were a big hit. Would definitely stay again!

From the other reviews, it seems like everyone gets a different unit based on how the resort fulfills the reservation. That being said, our family of four (two little kids 5&7) LOVED staying at the Westgate resort. We used the waterpark each day, and that helped make this AirBNB totally worth it. We also stayed on top of the mountain...which was amazing. Played mini-golf for free. Quick access to Gatlinburg for dinner and to the mountains for the hikes. Clean units, kids slept on sofa couch, we had private bedroom. Kitchen to make pack lunches for hikes. Large bathroom. Just be sure to say 'no' to the 'free lunch and tour' so you aren't stuck on a long sales pitch. Units do connect to each other via connecting door, but thankfully we had quiet neighbors and didn't hear them.

We had a great stay at the cabin. Very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was excellent after a cold day in town. We will be back to stay for sure. Thank you Tammy and Victor!

If you’re looking for the perfect getaway, these cabins are a MUST! Peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Very beautiful set up and everything was perfect!

This was my first experience with staying at a B&B. I felt so at home in the cabin and I feel like I had everything I needed. I really appreciated that there were basic kitchen spices and things for me to use. It was just an overall great experience and location. I also really enjoyed the fireplace.

Pretty cabin with great amenities. Easily accessible and good space for everyone to stay! Would recommend for groups 8+!

WOW just wow!! Me and my fiancé came here for a week get away for my 26th birthday & our 7 year anniversary. This cabin was the perfect size for the both of us, hot tub was amazing, Especially in this January weather. The fire pit area was so much fun to sit around listening to music, making s’mores and of course passing around a bottle of moonshine lol This was our first time in Tennessee and it definitely has a piece of our hearts now! When we come back we will definitely be staying in these cabins again!! Josh & Erica’s place was extremely clean, comfortable and you get exactly what you pay for! Such a beautiful view with relaxing features! Great job on this beautiful cabin and thank you both so much for hosting us!

We used Chelsey’s place to celebrate a long overdue family holiday. The space was perfect for everyone. We were able to get 3 families together under one roof. They had it decorated for the holidays making it feel less like a vacation home and more like our house. Chelsey was accommodating and very kind.

We felt right at home at It’s Owl Good. The hot tub and arcade made the stay so enjoyable for our family! We came for Christmas. Jess even took the time to put a tree up for our stay, which made it even more special to us. Jess was quick to respond to any question or need that we had. The cabin was clean, comfortable and cozy! We will absolutely come back to stay here when we visit the area again. Thank you, Jess for a fantastic get-away!
