We had a wonderful time at Ben's place. The apartment was comfy, cozy, clean, well stocked, and had lots of little extras that made it special: coffee, to-go cups, spices, and good olive oil stocked; a tea kettle; filtered water in the fridge; ice already made in the freezer;make-up mirror; a powerful and hot hair dryer, plush towels and linens; comfy throw and pillows; patio furniture. The patio is amazing - we spend hours sitting outside basking in the evening sun. The location is central and convenient to many of the historic sites, parks, coffee shops, restaurants. There is a Publix across the street large and well stocked. The gym onsite we used every day. Ben was super responsive, starting with messages before we left providing a very well detailed guide with answers to practically any question you might have. Our only small struggle was getting into the building and figuring out how to use the Latch app but once you get it it's easy. Thank you Ben and Lisa - we'd def stay again!

Rocky, was like a BFF, she had so much patients, I know I called her 3 times before I got in my room. but, her voice never broke with she stayed calm, so that calmed me down I was so nervous, but she really calm me and then I could start hearing her. I appreciate her to the highest. she's not a stranger anymore, she's a best friend. I will not stay anywhere else. this is my place of stay.

Beautiful home. It worked perfect for our group. Just a small hiccup with TV connection so we could watch the World Series but Malek was very responsive.

Beautiful home with a relaxing front porch swing to watch the sunsets! Pam was very accommodating, letting us add an extra day when we found out our daughter’s flight was a Monday instead of a Sunday. The house was super clean and was such a sweet place to stay! Thank you, Pam!

Loved the house and the historic details, also the fact that there are seven bedroom and seven full baths, amazing. Perfect for our extended family of 16 plus a 4 year old. Amazing.

Great space for hosting additional family for the Thanksgiving holiday! House was clean and as described on the listing. There is only 1 full bathroom available during the stay so please be advised that overnight guest will need to share. Host was very accommodating and provided fast responses when needed.

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great spot for someone looking to stay in Birmingham. It is next to campus, and safe, being right by the police station. A lot of younger students in the neighborhood. Place was clean and had all the amenities. Fast internet for remote work purposes. Suzy was very responsive and attentive to any needs. Highly recommend this spot to anyone staying in Birmingham.

The accommodation is very nice and the location is excellent. The area is pleasant and you can get everywhere. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. Sara was also very helpful and took care of everything within a few minutes and solved problems quickly. The accommodation is highly recommended.

This place was great! The space was safe, clean, easy to access / park, decorated beautifully, well stocked w anything you would need + the pizza shop downstairs was *really* good.

We live in Birmingham and I had dreamed of a romantic staycation here since it opened! It was the absolute PERFECT place for our 40th Valentine’s Day weekend ever♥️♥️ We loved being surrounded by McKenzie Dove’s design and art—which we have collected for several years for our own condo. As a screenwriter and artist myself, the stay was creatively very inspiring. We brought our own charcuterie tray and ate it from the beautiful hand made plaster DR table and had delicious iced heart-shaped earl grey cookies in the gorgeous kitchen filled with vintage blue & white china. And we exchanged hand painted valentine cards. It could NOT have been more perfect. Highly recommend. Five stars!

A perfect spot for anyone who needs to be close to Samford, Brookdale Senior Living Center or Brookwood Hospital. Completely updated, spotless and great job with the “little stuff”, plenty of places to charge electronics, great soaps and shampoos, tv in every room, lovely decor. Great detailed instructions on finding the place and best approach to getting there. Extremely responsive host! 10/10 highly recommend!

Very nice place. Only complaint would be that the bed frames are squeaky when you move, which is minor.
