Everything in the apartment was good except few things: - Very old sofa in the seating area and sofa needs to be changed honestly. - The chair and table in the bedroom balcony needs to be changed also very old and broken. Other than that everything was good

Staying in this apartment was more than great! From the first moment and everything was carefully organized. The apartment is very clean, tidy, and smells clean and welcoming. The décor is simple and elegant, and its natural lighting is very beautiful, giving the accommodation a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere. The site is perfect! Close to everything you might need: shops, cafes, and public transport, but at the same time it is quiet and private. The host was very cooperative, quick to reply to messages, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the stay. Save me what I need I thank the host for this excellent experience, and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, elegant, and safe place to stay.

I want to thank Mr. Abdulrahman for having us in their property, he was very polite, respectful and responsive. The house was beautiful, spacious and plenty of seating options, the view was mesmerizing, jacuzzi was clean, and the sunset view over the ocean on the hot tub was the highlight of my stay! 😍 the property was spacious and fits more than 30 people easily, however we were around 10 people and it was just perfect. I stayed there for 2 nights and It felt like home, and the house attendant “حارس" Mr. Ahmad was very friendly and responsive as well at any time whenever we needed assistance in anything. This listing will definitely be on my options whenever we need a venue or getaway! Do make sure you get all you need before you go there as the place is remote and difficult to get the essential if you forgot to pack Other than that, it was a pleasant stay! Thank you!

We had a nice stay, very nice quiet setting. It's a quiet area, I think it would have needed a washing machine and towels but otherwise everything was beautiful. The caretaker was very helpful, very kind. Clean and spacious apartment.

Great stay at Aria! Host was responsive and catered to all our needs. Hassan (Gate Guard/Maintenance) was amazing. Very polite and kind. Ensured we had everything we needed and restocked when we needed it. Actual AirBnB was perfect and exactly as pictured. Very clean. Beach access was easy. Located north of central Jeddah so away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend and intend to stay again on next trip to Jeddah!

What to say about the apartment except that it was exceptional. The view of the cleanliness of the rooms of the amenities. Everything is neat and clean. Anas received us in a beautiful way, his wife waited for us with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, I thank her 1000 times.💐 Anas also left us two gifts he bought himself.🙏😊 The environment is beautiful with sea view. The two bathrooms are large the bedrooms too and the building is very well kept. I can only recommend this address to anyone who wants to come to Jeddah, they will not be disappointed and will leave delighted like us.

Everything was fine. Checkin without the presence of the host through the code lock. Checkout also. The apartment has everything you need. Parking under the house. There is a store in the next building. The Internet was only sometimes rigged, but in our case it was even good - there was an extra reason to go outside as soon as possible:)

The cabin was very clean and very spacious. Location is excellent as you get enough of sandy beach area and your own private pool and a small backyard to sit and have breakfast in. There was plenty of bedding and there was a supermarket close by to get anything needed. The marina has some restaurants and a lovely walking area. It was excellent to be on the ground floor as access to the beach is so much easier. You are told that there is no WiFi and at first we thought that is okay but found it to be the one major drawback. We found it very hard to function without Wifi. Otherwise, everything was good.
