This apartment unit is really as advertised, there is no one in the slightest. The owner is responsive and helpful 😍 bgt this apartment lgsg connect to Pakuwon mall, jd no bosenn too.. There is a left but the owner is willing to help maketin to jember. Oh Tuhaann, we're really happy and don't choose the wrong place to stay. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. One of the highlights is its location, right next to the eco park, which is perfect for a peaceful walk in the middle of the city. The host has clearly put a lot of thought into making the stay comfortable. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful spot with lovely hosts.

I stayed at this apartment for about a week, and it was exactly as described. The amenities were all available, the location was close to various shops, and the area was very peaceful. I didn’t hear any noise from outside throughout my stay, which made it especially relaxing. The internet was generally good, though it tended to slow down in the evenings. I think this is quite common in Bali, so it’s not unique to this apartment. Ordering food was easy, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The only downside is that there’s no washing machine inside the flat. However, a laundry shop is conveniently located just a 6–7 minute walk away. Morad, the host, was friendly, proactive, and always ready to help whenever I needed assistance. We also had some great conversations, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I think this apartment is a very good choice for both short- and long-term stays.

The unit is smaller than expected in the photos advertised however it was convenient for 4 of us to sleep because there were 2 bedrooms. The alley of the unit/apartment was a bit dim but no worries I guess. Also, during our stay only 1 elevator was working and that took us some time to mobilise especially during peak hour. Yuki is a good host and alert with your texts at all times. Definitely recommend for you to stay here. There's a convenience store 24/7 at the lobby to get your daily supplies. The unit has AC, hot water shower, soap, cooking utensils and a fridge. The TV has Netflix and the internet was good. It's just the living room was quite small for 4 people but that's not a big problem. Overall it's recommended if you need a simple stay with your friends/small family. Star point of this unit is the backyard view, you can see mountains and greens. Hope to comeback soon!

Not my first stay at the apartment itself , but definitely the most cosiest, will 100 percent return here in the future 🖤

Selvy is great host, very responsive to give any details before check in. Very happy with her unit, good location, she gave additional towel also for my daughter. We enjoyed our stay, thank you for ur warm hospitality, especially for late check out because of my flight. Highly recomended this apartment.

Nice, clean, cozy atmosphere and good morning view

We generally liked our stay at this Villa. The pool was very nice and we used it often. Big enough to even swim lengths. Pool patio furniture was adequate, but cushions needed cleaning/replacing. Beds were good. A/C worked well. Hot water in bathrooms was somewhat restricted but able to have a hot shower. Barely enough pots or pans to cook, but useable. We also didn’t cook much. They supplied lots of bottled water, some tea and coffee which was very nice. Nice 4 person dining table & chairs. The only thing missing was any type of outdoor lounge/couch/chairs in the personal villa. Several times I chose to go up to the pool deck to sit in a plastic chair. We chose to stay an extra night and communication was super responsive. Not a perfect space, but we found it to be good value.

A convenient and clean apartment in a very nice residence. The Ciumbuleuit district is a bit high up, with a bit of freshness in the evening. The services offered by the residence are very good: swimming pool, gym, small convenience stores, dry cleaning, coffee... Lots of warung in the evening. The value for money is excellent. Thank you

Hello! I’ve used Adriel’s unit for 15 nights and I don’t have any regrets! Adriel is very responsive and kindly accommodating the requests that I had. The building is located in a strategic position ,walking distance from MRT that I used to go my office and department store Lotte Avenue. The building itself is brand new, clean , with very friendly staff. The apartment is very nice , great view and literally fully equipped. Overall, highly recommended and hope to use again! 😉

Perfect stay in Jakarta!! Personally a great location for what I was there for, great local supermarket and large park to enjoy. The flat has a lovely pool and solid gym. The flat is well kept and very good for one person as a studio set up. There were a few ants on the desk but this is somewhat of the vibe in Indonesia and there was a spray in the kitchen I used that got rid of the problem immediately. Check in/out was super easy and staff at the flat are very helpful and friendly. Easy to get dropped off and collected by grabs and a convenient small supermarket in the basement for amenities

The apartment was clean, just like the photos, and felt really cozy just like home. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped, not just with utensils but also with seasonings and even instant noodles, which was a nice touch. Overall, a really comfy place to stay. Totally recommend!

A very satisfying and pleasant experience even though 3 days but it feels like the house itself is comfortable to make you feel at home , the owner is very cooperative and responsive and friendly. A strategic environment with complete facilities and no noise even in the middle of the city. Highly recommended to stay here. Loved my stay at tropical hideaway apartment. The host has thought of absolutely everything, to not only feel like a home away from home so you have everything you’ll ever need to feel comfortable and at ease, but to also makes you feel like you are truly on holiday, being only a 3 min walk from the beach & clubs, adorning cool beachy vibes, comfortable & spacious with a touch of indulgence thanks to the large concrete tub. Heaven! Last but not least, loved working from the desk that overlooked the horse stables, to which you could hear the pleasant sounds horses make. Definitely will be back again. Thanks so much!
