The apartment is in a building where a hotel also operates. The location is great, with it's own free parking. The apartment has a classic 1930s style with a kitchen that meets basic needs. The air-conditioner is old and is cooling very well. Positive point for the balcony. Ideal for those who do not give up an external space.

Well organized and cozy place. Quiet apartment with no outside noises and great to rest. Good location as well. Very close to an excellent cafeteria. Very friendly and helpful hotel receptionists. The Host answered us politely and quickly. Everything was organized and prepared for our arrival.

This last time we were lucky to catch a day of sunshine and it was possible to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and the outside space that is fabulous, the big garden the pond with the fishes all perfect🥰… whenever I needed something Emerson it was always quick and kind to help us… I and my family approved and recommended this beautiful house.

We spend 3 very pleasant days among friends. The house looks much more beautiful and comfortable " live" than in the photos. Comfortable beds, and the fans supplied the heat very well..rs Tânia also received us super well and explained everything about the house. We very much like our stay and all the attention we have received from the booking to the guidelines before arrival. Chalé cozy, with everything available according to the advertisement and the condominium is simply beautiful! We walk a lot, enjoying the nature and tranquility of the place. Our son pet Jhango loved the wide area to play safely and freely. The perfect weekend for a good rest and renewal of energy.

The house has an amazing external structure. The place is gorgeous, with a lot of nature, superlimpo. The items are quality and work very well. Two wonderful outdoor areas for meal. The inner part is also very good, all in great condition (induction stove, refrigerator, great TV with streaming, very good dishes, internet show). Only showers that are pressure-free :( One of the rooms has no air conditioning and is small - it was already informed in the announcement (in the heat it is very hot at the time I went - February) and had to sleep in the room where there is air. Host Ana is impeccable, very attentive, kind, responds quickly, gives tips, is very friendly. The co-host sleeps in a separate house but inside the property. We found this a bit strange, we were uncomfortable at first but he would arrive late and leave early (it didn't get in the way). Overall, the stay was very good. Great place to go with children, has super-equipped toy library, volleyball court, swimming pool.
