Magical Place! I have spent 9 days there in December and absolutely enjoyed the surroundings. The window to the south is superb in winter because you see the most beautiful skies. I have seen rainbow polar clouds and also the northern lights there. Garden is big and super nice beach. Really chill to make fire in the living room for nice atmosphere and warm room. But also without fire it’s very warm and cosy inside. Kitchen has everything you need. Sissel is really nice and helpful and always available. She is answering super fast. I miss this place

Absolutely stunning: a real old fashioned cabin with all the vintage objets, in an amazing surrounding. Very private, must be pristine in summer but was amazing under lots of snow, on cold dark days with northern lights. Very close to a ski path and lots of tracks to follow very near by. Very good hosts that provide wood for the woodstove, a private electric easy to use sauna and gets someone to clear the private path all the way to the cabin after a heavy snowfall! More than Perfect 👌

Cozy, well maintained house in a bit isolate, calm area. We couldn't use the outside patio because it was too cold and everything was covered by snow, but enjoyed relaxing with fireplace in the living room. Can see Russia from the window. Saw a reindeer while walking around in the afternoon. Northern light at night.

It is great place to stay. Over looking the sea very close to Vadsø town. 10 minutes drive. Lance is a friendly guy who provides lots of information.

This is the most beautiful cottage and it is in the most perfect location. The cottage has been beautifully decorated and there is a great attention to detail. Our Host (Mette) and her dad were both perfect hosts to us. If you want to see the Northern Lights then this would be the perfect place to do it. My partner and I have toured Finland for more than a month and this is without doubt our favourite place. If you are adventurous enough to find yourself exploring the far north of Lapland then you simply must stay in this cottage. You will not regret it!

It is a very cozy apartment with a private sauna in a really quiet and friendly town very close to the fjord , it snowed a lot but we were able to see the northern lights and we loved our short stay ,a very friendly and beautiful place. I recommend Thanks to Bjarne for hosting us! See you soon

Quiet area, within walking distance of the city center. Private little house in the garden behind the main house. Two floors, bedroom upstairs - plenty of space and cozy house to be in! Nice that there is coffee and tea, biscuits and snop for guests. Clean and tidy, TV with several channels and studio kitchen for those who want to cook. I ate at restaurants in town that are only a 10 minute walk away. Cheerful host. Recommended - here you will have a nice stay in Vadsø!
