A very nice house to enjoy with family and/or friends , close to the most exclusive areas of Manta, the house is just like the photographs and description. We loved the place 🩵 in my experience we were looking for a place, comfortable near the sea because it was my husband's birthday and when we arrived we found a place with the theme of loving was the ideal thing we could visit, the house is just like the photos, Wendy is very attentive from when one contacts her for this until we are staying, additional the from the high part at the fall of the sun is wonderful. I stayed 3 nights in ocean smart with my family, and we were very well the apartment has everything you need to be very comfortable., It is very nice despite being several years old, the Pool and Jacuzzi. Very maintained The urbanization is very safe since we had to leave the vehicle on the street, because the F150 did not reach the parking lot but we did not have any problems. As for safety. Unfortunately my son went out for a jog and one of the houses in the Urbanization came out a large and aggressive dog who wanted to attack him causing some wounds by trying to dodge him. Check-out is at 11:00 am and we had not noticed that since it is usually at noon however we arrived very quickly and we picked up our things and left so Alexandra was sympathetic to wait for us 30 minutes. Overall, everything was very good.

Paul was very kind and polite from the first contact, he allowed me to enter a few hours before check-in, the super comfortable apartment. Sure, we'll be back. Thank you Paul.

The apartment is fantastic with a spectacular sea view!! It met all our expectations, a comfortable, clean, organized space that made us feel right at home. We had a great stay on site. Everything was as offered and exceeded our expectations. Luis Alfonso was always aware of our stay and was flexible with the departure time since our return was at night. This place definitely had an amazing view with everything you need and everything is close by like the mall, grocery store, restaurants and beach.. Darwin is the perfect host and always responsive.
