studio spacious bright calm balcony

My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Ancient cottage in village close to Spreewald

This is a 300 year old picturesque house in the countryside with ca. 250m2. Ideal for larger groups with up to 13 people, who can cook and eat together or play pool billard in the large living room which used to be a restaurant in former times. Located close to the famous Spreewald, you can go hiking, paddeling or do bike tours. The house has 3 ancient fireplaces and no central heating, but we provide electric fans. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. 5 toilets, 2 showers.

The location is central, but still very quiet, overlooking the large courtyard. Highlight of the apartment is the large and inviting terrace to relax. To discover Berlin, you are in a few minutes on foot in one of the most famous Berlin nightlife districts (Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg) and quickly by subway and S-Bahn at all other Berlin sights.

Our Tiny House in the vegetable garden is fully equipped with dry toilet, shower and kitchenette. The car stands in the middle of the organic vegetable farm "Gartenfreuden". Here you can enjoy the charm of country life. There is a separate area to sit and relax, but you can also spread out in the treehouse. From here you can explore the Spreewald by bike or Calau Switzerland on foot. Calau Train Station is about 2.5 km away.

The cottage is behind the pink main building (see photo). The property is right at the lake Buckow. Next to the lake is a sauna, exclusively for guests of the cottage. The lake and the sauna are 100 m away from the cottage on the other side of the garden.

The holiday apartment is located in a house newly built in 2017 with separate access to the 1st floor. A contactless stay with check in via key box is possible. However, we are happy to greet our guests ourselves. The accommodation is only suitable for 2 persons and not for children. Deviations from the set minimum stay can be agreed upon via a request. The accommodation is not barrier-free.
