My stay was excellent. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout the period, and the apartment perfectly matches the photos and description: clean, organized and well located. The only caveat concerns the concierge of the building, which, unfortunately, could not allow me to leave my luggage before check-in time. I arrived from an early flight and this facility would have been quite helpful. However, this situation did not compromise the quality of the accommodation, which I recommend without hesitation.

It has an incredible view, very central with easy access to buses and the metro. A very comfortable apartment with everything you need and would come back if no problem.

Everything was excellent! Quick check-in, very polite and friendly host, responded to everything quickly. Excellent location, one block from 2 malls, Jardim Sul and Morumbi Town. Shops, cinemas, bars, restaurants, bakeries, all next to the apartment. Easy access to other neighborhoods, Burle Marx Park, Morumbi Park, Morumbi Stadium, all close to the apartment. Clean, impeccable location, air-conditioning, everything perfect! Highly recommended!

Excellent place and wonderful host Manu! An ideal place to rest and get to know SP, I went for work too and the location was ideal... the apartment is very comfortable, clean and cozy. It's exactly how the pictures show… or maybe better! Manu for his part was always very attentive to my arrival, stay and departure… if I have the opportunity to return promptly to SP… I will not hesitate to return to this nice place! We only have to thank Erika for all support and kindness provided. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, impeccable cleaning with a wonderful perfume that has remained for the entire time we have been, everything is thought to have the greatest possible comfort outside the home. Safe neighborhood, with bakery and pharmacy nearby, very kind and polite employees, we spent Friday to Sunday in the accommodation and was one of the quietest and most private stays we stayed in this city. For pet parents: it is not described but the condominium has a beautiful pet area that made our Pagu very happy. We had zero problem even though it had as a habit to do the necessities on the grass.

It's simply a delight to have spent the weekend in this space! Casa Linda, large, super well decorated, and fully equipped! It had all the essentials for our stay. Viviane was an excellent host, responded to messages quickly and was helpful in all contacts, as well as being very friendly and kind. The neighborhood is very quiet and has several amenities nearby, it is worth strolling there to visit nearby restaurants and cafes. I recommend the space for those looking for a getaway in the city, it's charming!

Sandra welcomed us very well since before the stay. We arrived in the city earlier and she was quite flexible with the check-in time. The house and bed/bath linens were very clean and smelled good. The place is easily accessible and super well located, perfect for those going to an event at Allianz Parque.

A unique place in SP, it doesn't even look like the capital. Quiet, well-lit, well-ventilated and cozy place. The house is charming, elegant and comfortable. I certainly recommend it and will return. My favorite spot in SP now. Impeccable.

The house is very good. We had a great experience. Good quality and smelling bed and bath linen, all super clean and the very well-equipped kitchen. Good Colchoes, good showers. I missed only blackout in the rooms. It has Venetian but some light comes in. The house is silent as well. Although it is close to an avenue, the rooms are in the background and are well isolated from the noise. We'll be back if we get a chance! Mt thank you for everything

Antonio’s property was brilliant. Spacious, clean and just like the photos. There was also a maid who cleaned regularly which was a hide bonus! Highly recommend for those wanting a good base to explore SP from.

Despite the short hosting time, it was enough for us to return another time. The apartment is a grace , very cozy . Super recommend it!

Second time staying and again it was a great experience the apartment has everything we need and the building as well. The proximity to the subway is great, so the return and trip to the apartment is super quiet even at night. Market, pharmacy and nearby restaurants.
