Family-friendly holiday rentals in Jamestown

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The property was excellent and the amenities were spot on. It is a very charming and comfortable home. The location is perfect, can walk across the street to the lodge and lifts. I will booking again next year.

This place was great! Accommodated a large group not only with beds, but also seating in the TV room and around the dining room table. Mark was so easy to communicate with. He always responded right away. All of the listing information and pre-check in instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. Will stay again!

This was a perfect stay for our group in town for a nearby wedding. The house had all we needed and we enjoyed the foggy lake in the mornings and fire pit in the evening. Laura was lovely to work with, responding quickly to any request or question from pre-booking through our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

It was a perfect week! It was in a perfect location? Very comfortable and clean. It was everything we hoped for and more.

Lynda's place is right at the heart of Holiday Valley. The condo is exactly as described and a few minutes walk to the ski lifts. We were fortunate to have parking with the condo rental (warning that the parking garage is a tight squeeze to navigate) and also thoroughly enjoyed the pools and hot tubs after a long day of skiing. Holiday Valley is only a short drive from the charming town of Ellicottville! We would definitely return and highly recommend staying at Lynda's!

Normally we stay around the town of Ellicottville but this was the first time we stayed right at Holiday Valley and we would absolutely stay here again. If you are here to ski, staying slopeside is the best choice. Lynda's place was comfortable, clean and super convenient to the slopes. Access to the parking garage and storage of our skis right in the building was extremely convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing! So peaceful and private. A great place to unwind and regroup. Tom was very flexible with my last minute booking, communication was excellent. I loved the trails, the pond, the hot tub and sauna. The town has a few good shops and restaurants. I can’t wait to go back.

Jacqueline’s place is an amazing place to stay very close to town and the ski resorts only. Only few minutes away but area was very quiet and secluded with beautiful scenery. Their house is well equipped with a great game room and lots of books in the living room. This is truly a great gem and amazing place to relax unwind. Jacqueline is the most amazing and responsive host I have ever dealt with. Highly recommended her place!

This home was so cute and inviting. We were so happy to be there! The house had everything you would need! We really enjoyed our time at the house, in the area and surrounding areas! Kathryn was great at communicating and it was very obvious that she had went the extra mile to stock the home with many extras!! Our time spent at the house was so relaxing! Would love to come back and stay again!!!!!

I love this property for its amenities, location and price! Always super clean and well appointed! Also Shari is great always proactive and friendly! Peace and quiet and cozy!! Great place!

We had a great time using the place as a home base for skiing. Love that Ellicottville Brewery Little Valley location is just down the road. Awesome pizza and bar. The apartment is nice, yet I can see how it may not be for everyone as it’s at your typical horse farm. Lots of horses and barn animals which we enjoyed seeing. Dolly is very nice.

Yves’ place is awesome. Close enough to downtown but also private enough. Super good for large groups as the basement rooms adds another layer of privacy. Plus, all queen beds. Cannot beat this space. Also to note, the living room furniture was amazing with open kitchen.

This was a great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable, and Rhonda was super helpful and friendly. We didn't have time to explore the area as we were just stopping through on a road trip, but the town was charming and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

I really enjoyed staying in the tiny cabin! It was the peace I needed to get away from every day life. It was cozy and a beautiful view of nature. I will definitely be going back to experience it again!
