Loft holiday rentals in James River

I loved the location as I am a huge coffee fan! There is a also a friendly local bar within walking distance. Its everything I need in the morning as well as what I want after a long day at work!

Laurie was nice. Great communication. The place was conveniently located close to VIR. Located on a beautiful piece of property, but we spent so much time at the track that we did not get to utilize any of the amenities.

Super clean, quality furnishings, very private. Everything I am looking for in an Airbnb.

She was an awesome communicator made sure I understood the check in procedure and let me feel cared for throughout the rental process. We enjoyed the location and the amenities. Close to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens and the cute town of Williamsburg as well. Would absolutely enjoy rebooking with her! Thank you again for a great stay!

Any time we are staying over in Crozet we always seek to stay at one of Amy's lofts. We are always so taken by the charm of each of the spaces and the obvious care the host takes to make her guests comfortable. So many thoughtful touches! The fact that we are able to bring our dog is just the extra cherry on top! I truly cannot recommend either of the Lofts at Crozet enough - spacious, quiet, and well-located.

My trip was absolutely wonderful. The space matched the pictures to a tee and nothing in the home disappointed. Peter provided detailed instructions for easy check-in and check-out as well as a information about local activities and restaurants.

We truly enjoyed our stay here and would love to return. Remington’s home was perfect for our small family and well-stocked with all the things needed for toddlers. The holiday decorations were also a beautiful and festive touch!

We loved staying at the Gibson’s Warehouse. The loft was very clean and comfortable. Lots of space and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops.

Great clean place. Beautiful view of James River and nice environment. There are trains that come through but I actually enjoyed seeing them. Overall, a nice clean lounge

We loved our stay at Catherine’s space. It was exactly as pictured, in a walkable location, and had so many lovely lamps and string lights that helped us feel cozy and right at home! The TV being on a stand on wheels also made for a wonderful movie night experience! We’d definitely come back again!

A comfortable and spotless loft nestled in downtown Lexington. The separate bedroom and two bathrooms offered privacy. Walkable to restaurants as well as W and L and VMI. The place is a little hard to find. However the hosts were very responsive, giving step by step instructions on how to locate it. Would love to book again!!

This is a hidden gem! The place was amazing and so well designed. They really utilized every space and had so many added extras. The movie selection was great, lots of interesting books and some games. My favorite part about this place was they had the option to have breakfast and Dinner catered by Judy. I chose that option since we were only in time for a short weekend and had a to accomplish in short amount of time so having the option for someone to provide meals was perfect. The meals themselves were amazing and probably above most standard restaurants. The fresh fruit and baked goods were a bonus we definitely enjoyed. I have to come back in a few weeks and will definitely be booking The guesthouse again!

Between the Amazing Host, the incredible location, the rental itself, and all the fun things to do in the area, this was easily the most special place I have ever rented! I will absolutely be renting here again. The plan e is so inviting and cozy, and honestly felt like another home! 10/10 , all the way around.

This loft was exactly what we needed for a weekend in Richmond! It perfectly combined a quaint, modern loft vibe with the convenience of a downtown location and had plenty of space for our group of three. The host was highly responsive and provided clear, helpful details about the space and what to expect. Parking was conveniently located right in front of the unit, and several great restaurants were within easy walking distance.
