Perfect location. The condo is huge! Clean , safe and in a perfect location to get to attractions and local stores. The outdoor space is a bonus! Highly recommend.

Always a lovely stay at Historic Powhatan. Peaceful, isolated from traffic noise and high volume traffic. However, very close to the center of Williamsburg and the Jamestown site and Yorktown. If you like Virginia history, this is the place to stay. Units are very comfortable, kept in great repair. You can't go wrong staying here.

We had a great stay! It was very close to Busch Gardens and all other Williamsburg attractions. The space was great for us and our 2 children. Great place to stay!

The space was set up exactly how described and was clean. We enjoyed a great stay. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, but that was not the fault of the host, rather the resort.

Lovely property, super spacious, Beautiful, cozy, fully stocked condos...great for our family of 6 on a short notice vac. Tania was great accommodating us. To find a Clean & sanitized place was a huge concern for my family & I, but Tania went beyond expectations...Excellent location to Williamsburg activities. Beaches, Pools and put-put golf were great for families. We had a lovely time! The staff were also kind and helpful. We would recommend it and would definitively come back!

This was the best place I have ever stayed! The house was very clean and quite , check in was very easy . I loved the beds very comfortable. A lot of cable channels it was a lot to watch . You must stay here it was a lot of stores and places to eat near here as well . Thank you so much our family loved it .

Cynthia’s Place was the ideal location for our Williamsburg visit. We were close to all of the historic sites, shopping, restaurants, coffee, etc. The accommodation was quiet, very clean and had all the amenities we wanted. The resort area was a bonus— we enjoyed playing miniature golf and exploring the property. We found a nearby coffee shop, Kingship Brewing, that was phenomenal. I highly recommend this location.

The place was just as advertised. It was a 2BR/2 bath and had a lot of space. Everything was very clean. The free arcade was a huge draw for my son. There were also lawn games, a fire pit and poolside movies in the evening. There are a lot of activities throughout the day as well. We’d definitely stay here again!

Scott was a really responsive host. We decided we wanted to stay a couple more nights, and Scott was able and willing to accommodate without hesitation

The place was very clean and renovated with high end product. I've stay at the Powhatan Resort several times for my sons soccer tournaments over the years and this place was by far the best unit we stayed in, Thank you, Tania.

I really enjoyed my stay. Live the amenities the resort has to offer. It's a great location by plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. The room was clean and nicely stocked.
