This was our third year staying there, it always feels like home. Geraldine is there to greet you, show you around and makes sure you know you can get in touch with her at any time. The house is exactly like the photos, clean, plenty of space. There is a harbor and small beach within walking distance . There are plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, toys for a day at the beach. She makes sure on your first morning you have coffee, juice and homemade treats!! We will continue to stay here every year!!!!

I've stayed at Raul's place a few times and I really appreciate the free and easy parking and all the amenities he includes. Very convenient too. looking forward to my next visit!

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

Pedro's place is immaculate. Cannot say enough, Very tidy, clean and homey and most of all Pedro is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He goes over an beyond for his guest. I have been using Airbnb for 13 years, this is my first time encountering such a welcoming host. Thank you Pedro! Will definitely be back.

Appreciated Gregory being friendly and thorough, meeting us in person, giving us a tour of the place upon arrival, and the charm factor of this house. The kitchen was very well stocked and usable, there was a lot of community space and a lot of bedrooms and beds, so it was great for our purpose.

This was our second time staying here. Jean is a fantastic host. Very responsive gives clear instructions. Place is spacious and clean. Jean leaves delicious snacks and water which is awesome after a long trip to get here. We will be heading back to NJ in late March for a 3/29 and we are hoping this place is available. Best Air BNB we ever stayed.

Edwin is a great host. The property is comfortable, accommodating and is located in a nice area. We would definitely recommend this property when staying in the area.

My family and I had a great time at this Airbnb. There was plenty of space for me, my husband, my mom, and two little girls. Nice location too in what seemed to be a good neighborhood. Convenient kitchen, which was helpful when traveling with children! As some other reviewers have mentioned the house seems to be a little older so has some quirks, but there was nothing that impacted our stay at all. Would definitely recommend if you’re staying in the area. Tip: The Long Island Children’s Museum isn’t far with a car/Uber and is a great place to visit if you’re traveling with kids and there’s a cold or rainy day!

Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

Colleen’s place is beautiful and exactly as advertised. We had no issues and she was very communicative leading up to our stay to make it easy.

This condo is extremely nice and well appointed. Accommodations were exactly as described. It worked out very well for to have our sons join us while we visited our daughter for Christmas

We really enjoyed our stay. Micaela was very responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect!! We enjoyed the privacy, tranquility, and especially the wildlife on property. Our dogs were comfy and loved walking the neighborhood. This is a lovely, quiet, safe area. Everything is nearby and only takes a short drive or quick Uber ride. We will definitely want to return here for our future visits.

Ave Union is our home in NJ. We always stay here whenever we come to NJ and it has always been the best and still is the best! Everything stated on the descriptions are true and even way better. Nicole has been very attentive and kind to us, including every staff there. I didn't get everyone's names but they all have been the best. We love staying at Ave, it's a very safe location where you could also stroll or jog at the same time, perfect train access right outside the place. Going to NYC has been so easy! We are proud to say that we always will choose Ave, it's got all the things you need and the entire place is so cozy. We are so grateful for everyone's kindness and appreciate you all. I definately recommend this to anyone coming to NJ or NYC. It has always felt like a home and you can even hangout downstairs for some hot drinks. I had a wonderful stay at Merlon’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to Manhattan and American Dream mall. Merlon was incredibly hospitable, making sure I had everything I needed. I felt truly welcomed throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, charming house checks all the boxes. We felt very comfortable and appreciated all the things available to us like paper products, spices, coffee, tea, air fryer, microwave, duralogs for the fireplace, linens, shampoo/conditioner and washing machine/dryer. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed Bernice’s hospitality! She is lovely. The place is so cozy. The bed was soooo comfortable. After a long travel day, the home was just what was needed.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time. The place was great. Very close to the subway, and a lot of things to check out in the area that were walkable distance. Kitchen was very clean, bedroom had. A lot of space and so did the bathroom. I think the back yard was one of favorite parts. So big and beautiful. Artemie was a wonderful host and extremely hospitable. He always responded when we had any questions, and made us feel like we were home. We’ll definitely be staying here again if we ever decide to come back to Brooklyn. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at Bertran’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. I loved this house! It was across the street from a market and Starbucks which made things very convenient with older children. The house was warm and cozy and gave a real feel of a New York brownstone. It was also walkable to the G train which connects to all other trains on the subway to go to all of the main attractions. If I had to be picky, there aren't window coverings in the master bedroom which woke me up earlier than normal, but an eye mask relieved that quickly. I loved watching the little squirrels play in the back yard and I would stay here again. This house made our winter vacation so memorable having my family all together and giving us space to all get ready for our days out.
