Very honest and trustworthy host. Informative and understanding. Was accommodating to our needs and has a lovely, cozy home. If I had a question or need, Host was quick to respond. Can definitely recommend.

This was our third year vacationing with Mirna and we just love it and the South JAX BCH area. Mirna is always kind and helps if we have a question. The house is set up nicely and there is room to spread out. Having lots of kitchen counter space, a kitchen table and a dining room table is beyond helpful. We are looking forward to next year's vacation! Thank you again.

My family and I really loved the home we stayed in. Very comfortable, clean, and a great location. Communication with Tim and Melody was excellent; even quickly responded to me when I asked a question very late. The amenities at this location were amazing, my family and I will definitely be staying with Tim and Melody‘s listing again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this house! The home was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The highlight was definitely the pool—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for lounging in the Florida sun. The outdoor space was private and peaceful, making it hard to leave! The location was great, close to local attractions, restaurants, and the beach. The hosts were responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The home was just as described. The yard was great for our dogs. Alina was very responsive and great to work with.

Older home in a country setting. Great host. Very responsive. One thin bath towel and wash cloth per guest. Kereug with pods provided. Strong musty odor. Kitchen sink handle attached backwards. Country decor. Comfy furniture. No alarm. Dirty windows. Nice quiet street.

What I liked about the apartment was the details and decoration. Everything with pleasure! Bonito and not full of trinkets like the vast majority of renting apartments.

We enjoyed our time at the apartment. It was such a lovely location with a beautiful view of the intracoastal waterway. The apartment was quaint yet upscale. This area is a bit more slower-paced than St Augustine, yet you're just 4-5 miles from downtown. Perfect!

This was our 2nd time staying here and had such a wonderful time. We love being right on the beach. The morning sunrise just over the dune on the beach is amazing!! Enjoyed being greeted by our favorite cat outside on the terrace! Great place, great location, great hosts - love it!

This home is absolutely beautiful! It is clean and comfortable. You have a view of the ocean and a walkway down to the beach right across the street. It is close to downtown but far enough away to not feel crowded. It is close to a really nice bike/running path. The hosts were wonderful. They were so friendly and more than accommodating and the home is stocked with everything you need to be comfortable there. I would highly recommend this place to stay!

This is a great place for a quiet beach stay. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and the rental is nice with quality finishes. You can tell the owners care about guest's quality of stay. Highly recommend!

Michelle was superb in her communication regarding the property and what was included with the condo stay. She also communicated clearly regarding two minor building issues that occurred so we knew exactly what to expect. Comfy bed and blackout curtains. Good location centrally located between Jacksonville and Fernandina Beach. Would highly recommend for two people.

Place was really nice and clean! A very quick walk to the beach, which we loved! I do have the say the bathroom shower was clogged so the tub filled up within 30 seconds of turning the water on. We were showering with dirty water at our feet:( but other than that super nice place definitely would recommend!!

Fantastic location and easy beach access. Christina's place is perfect for a get away. It's very clean and you quickly feel at home.

We can’t say enough about this fabulous condo. We stay here often when visiting family and the beachfront location is spectacular with panoramic views and surround windows. The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room area are just like being home. The king size bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and nice open closet area. We enjoy daily walks on the beach and nearby favorite eating places. A short ride to Neptune beach center with many shops & restaurants to choose from. We love Tiffany as our host, and she is always just a text away with wonderful communication and helpful ideas for our stay. We have been vacationing along these beaches for over 25 years and this is our home away from home. Thank You so much Tiffany for this awesome condo!

We loved staying here. Everything was immaculate and nicely furnished. John’s communication was one of the best that I’ve experienced with air bnb. I would highly recommend this one bedroom jewel. We hope to come back next year on our way further south.
