Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Jackson County

Beth’s place was fantastic! Spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a friends+kids getaway. The pool and outside area was perfect for swimming, lounging, and having lunch. The kitchen was well stocked, and beds and pillows were very comfy. Beth was incredibly helpful prior to our stay and offered us an extra pack-n-play as well as a cute activity station for the little ones. Communication was timely and proactive, and we truly had a wonderful time. We would love to come back again!

Spacious, peaceful setting for a family gathering. Clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. Close to Old Man’s Cave and the wonderful beauty of the State Park. We would enjoy returning to this property again.

Even more amazing than last year! We noticed several renovations / improvements around the property. Everything was well-stocked, clearly-labeled, so well-organized! Kitchen/bathrooms/ linens/kitchen PRISTINE. Fall foliage on-point (last year we were a few weeks too late). The gas grill and solo fire pit are amazing! Thank you Devon for another AMAZING stay and break from the pressures day-to-day life!

Beautiful home, exactly like the pictures show. This was perfect for our family gathering. Thank you for allowing me and my children to stay in your warm cozy house with plenty of activities for us to do. Very neat little thank you gift was provided by host for a keepsake. ❤️ will definitely be back.

Words can't describe how beautiful and peaceful this location is! Aaron went above and beyond to provide us with a warm welcome, update us on the road conditions (it was icy and snowy), and always responded right away if we had and questions or were in need of local recommendations. This has hands down been the best vacation experience we have ever had. The home and jacuzzi were exactly what we expected and very clean! Plenty of extra towels, blankets, and amenities were available. The kitchen has very nice and clean appliances, with plenty of cooking utensils that helped make our trip even easier! Five stars isn't enough to express how amazing this location is! We are beyond grateful to have stayed somewhere that the host cares and appreciates his guest. We will absolutely be back soon!

Perfect place for a staycation! The loft is gorgeous!!! Walkable to Kroger and a few restaurants! Would definitely recommend to everyone!

When I opened the door, my jaw dropped. This is a beautiful historic home. When I say the pictures do not do it justice, it is an understatement. I’ve stayed at Christmas and it was more than toasty, fantastic historic radiators. I felt right at home. I found the plentiful accommodations in the kitchen perfect to bake Christmas cookies! Ben was super responsive and very kind. I read the reviews before booking and as a person that spent 20 years in the same place of the person that left the “bad” review, I know exactly where it’s coming from and is completely unfounded. I definitely will be coming back in the summer and testing out the “air-conditioning”. I’m not sure how you could not be cool in a spacious brick home, but we’ll see:) If you want to step back into history, and to have the hottest shower of your life, I definitely recommend.

My husband and I stayed at Idyll Reserve 5 (The North) for two nights in January and had a fabulous stay! 🌲❄️ The cabin was thoughtfully designed, tastefully decorated, and very spacious for the two of us (& could accommodate a small family easily). It had all the amenities you’d need for a cozy stay — spacious, fully-stocked kitchen (with coffee & espresso maker! ☕️), comfy couch, living room with large windows & beautiful views of the surrounding woods, walk-in double shower & soaking tub, and our personal favorites — the outdoor hot tub and sauna! Laura was extremely responsive and communication regarding check-in was the best I’ve had with an Airbnb host. We could have easily stayed several more days. Hocking Hills State Park is just a ~10 minute drive away (we did some gorgeous hiking to Ash Cave, Old Man’s Cave, and Cedar Falls all within a half day). We’re already planning our next trip back with our kids! 🥰

Tonya is always welcoming and I am so comfortable at her place! I have stayed here many times and her place is consistently clean and cozy. I love that Rōst Coffee is nearby. Buckeye Indian food is good too! Parking is RIGHT In front on the street. Cute neighborhood to walk. Thanks again Tonya!

This is such a great property. Had a family reunion of 10. Had plenty of room. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Brandi was so nice. Messaged me all the information even before I asked for it. There's lots to do close by. Beautiful home.

Such a fantastic host. Beautiful property with lots of effort in the fine details of every square inch of this massive house. Views and nature are gorgeous, and the house is very updated with lots of features and amenities. We didnt get to make use of most of it as we were only here for a 1 night stay for a funeral, but he made the place very comfortable. Tons of respect for Damon and his home.

This place was charming, cozy, refreshing and perfect for our annual marriage getaway without a children! We loved the aesthetic of the interior and exterior as well as the sauna. The only annoyance, which was minor, was the indoor gas fireplace was temperamental, however, I know they can be! Furthermore, Laura had a maintenance person come out to the cabin right away even though we didn't request it. We'd love to come back later this year when it's warmer and invite my brother and his family! Thank you for being an above-and-beyond host Laura.

Rachel bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. Very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend her as a host - I'm certain you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! The villa was beautiful with all of the amenities. Beautiful views with all of the snow. Also, we greatly appreciated having that they even plowed the drive while we were there due to all the snow!
