Holiday rentals with a pool in Jackson County

The guest home was very clean and cozy. The decor is extremely unique and charming. Gary was a very nice host and he provided good options for dining in the area. There is no tv, which would be good to state in the description.

This is the second time I've stayed at Martha's home. It is cozy and comfortable and I love the location. Thanks again for a lovely stay

House was great and pool was amazing! We felt very safe with our two small children since the pool area had a code-locked door for access. Hillarie was great and very responsive!

Parking on the street is plenty. Clean space and very clean and decorated!

Bliss. The pretty street, lush with mature trees, sets the vibe. The entry instructions are clear and easy. The apartment is welcoming and has great flow. The thing that elevates it, though, is Adam, the host. I had to get out of an alternate situation in a hurry on a blistering hot day. Adam initially mentioned that once the AC got up to speed, I'd be golden. But as an afterthought he traveled to the apartment and turned it full blast himself. That, my friends, is top notch hosting. Between that and his thoughtful and prompt responses (with diagrams!) I quickly got the feeling I was staying in the home of an old friend, though of course I have never met the gent. This is hosting as only the gods can do it. Thanks Adam.

After contemplating getting a hotel downtown, I also compared rates to Airbnb’s in the surrounding area. I’m so glad I did. Not only was it more affordable, it gave me just enough distance from the crowd, while still being close and accessible to eateries, shops, streetcar transportation, available and free parking, local sites and freeways and highways. Directions for checking in and getting inside were simple. The place was so comfy and I felt at home. It made me love KC even more. The building was quiet and I felt safe as a solo traveler. When I didn’t feel like being out in the cold, having access to Netflix to binge shows on the couch was a welcomed treat. Just a couple blocks away were the best coffee shop, pizza and ice cream that I had in the city. And when I was done eating, I could jump onto the streetcar just meters away to head downtown. Lacie was very responsive, accommodating and offered recommendations. This made my experience FIVE STARS!

We stayed here as a large family group ranging in age from 7-84 and coming from various points in Missouri, Tennessee and NY to help Uncle Bill cross off his bucket list item of tailgating and seeing a Chiefs game at Arrowhead. For anyone needing a large gathering space in the KC area, this is it! Perfection! Plenty of space, bathrooms, gorgeous surroundings with so much to do, and the kindest hosts. Two of us stayed in the cabin which we loved. The grounds made for amazing family pictures. We left with treasured memories and talk of returning in summer to enjoy a longer stay and the pool. I think this is the best AirBnB experience we have ever had.

PERFECT for multigenerational gathering. It accommodated the out of towners with comfortable surroundings. During the day friends and families from KC area could visit and it felt very laid back. We had knew the pool would be a hit, but the game room was fabulous. No fighting for TV time, just enjoying the interaction activities. There were guest book entries from Bachelor, Bachelorette and Royal/Chief fan groups. It would be perfect. Kitchen well stocked so throw a steak on the grill and enjoy avoiding the crowds and driving. Call an Uber, it’s so close to stadiums.

Vivian was so sweet and acomindating! Her place was very clean,quiet, and charming! The t.v. channel options are endless! She also has every kitchen utensil you could ever need.Her place was very organized yet cozy! I wish I could have stayed longer! I will book with her again! Probably in the summer so I can take advantage of her beautiful pool and backyard!!
