Perfect house for outdoor adventures, cozy evenings by the fireplace and cooking for large groups (perfect kitchen with lots of gadgets). We enjoyed sauna and the view.

The house is really beautiful - on a hillside overlooking the mountains, surrounded by trees. The walkers had a place to disappear for days, but a lot of us were just hanging out with a cup of coffee, admiring the views. You can completely forget about the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is fantastic for groups - it has space to park several cars in the summer, it is spacious inside, with many separate common spaces. There's a place to hang out, but there's a place for smaller groups. For board lovers, RPG games, or just shared meals, there are plenty of tables and chairs ;) The house has everything you need to spend many days there - dishes, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc. There is also a sauna and an outdoor heated bale. In addition, the house has an amazing atmosphere - beautiful old fixtures, wooden floor, sheep under the window... We spent an entire breakfast discussing the chairs in the upper dining room :D I recommend wholeheartedly <3

We had a nice and cosy time around christmas. The house is perfectly equipped and we fehlt very comfortable. There is a lot of space, wonderful with children. My nephew enjoyed to play with all the toys provided. We had some nice trips to the mountains and enjoyed our holidays - thank you very much!

Being is beautiful😍 beautiful nature In the winter it is not easy to get to the apartment, we walked up through the forest because the weather was nice and the light outside, it was a good walk. It is possible to order a special transfer. No matter how many you will be there, the price is from 1000kč. You can't see anything in the woods in the evening, it's not safe, so I recommend ordering the special collection. It is possible to book a barbecue house(500Kč) sauna and hot tub for 700kč / hour Breakfast, dinner can also be ordered afterwards. It's great, we loved it. I recommend

We had a very nice time in a very nice, spacious, clean and fully equipped apartment. Communication with Andrzej was excellent. Small downside: accommodation itself does not have a spa, it is in the hotel next door and must be paid, gym was not possible because only for hotel guests

Nice, accommodating family! A big plus: the ski slope right outside the front door.

Petr was an amazing host and super helpful throughout our whole stay! The communication was great and we felt very welcome. The place itself was super cosy and in beautiful surroundings. Would definitely come back any time!

We stayed over new years with a big group including kids. All rooms had their own bathrooms and downstairs is a big kitchen and living room area. The kitchen had really everything you need to cook. We even had a Christmas tree in the living room. Tomasz and his wife are very friendly and didn’t complain that we were laughing a lot also at night. It was a very pleasant stay!

Ivana’s place feels nicer and cozier in person than in the photos! Comms was great. Thank you Ivana! Two small downsides: our car didn’t fit the parking lot elevator, we were asked to checkout at 10am instead of 11 am as advertised.

Maršovka House really impressed us. I visited with two families in September (there were 8 of us + our lovely dog Jax🐶) and in October (7 of us + our lovely dog Jax 🐶), and everyone was very happy with the place. The high capacity was a huge plus for us, and it’s one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed at. We’re already looking forward to winter so we can return with our family and enjoy some skiing. Our stay at the place was great! The house is super cozy and lovingly furnished and we immediately felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole house is very clean. Especially the oven is a highlight. Surroundings is quiet and idyllic with many excursion options in beautiful nature. Communication was very nice and fast! We will be happy to come back

The photos don't show this place, the great atmosphere of the cottage - old but clean and well-maintained. Great for a larger group. Perfect location - close to skibusses to Janske Baths of a diner and even bowling. The host brought wood to the fireplace every day, it was very nice. We'll definitely be back!

We felt well accommodated here over New Year's Eve. With two fear dogs the perfect escape from the noisy city! The cabin was totally quaint and cozy - the oven provided the necessary warmth in the cold season. If you can do something with simplicity and closeness to nature, you will be able to enjoy the accommodation very much. In addition, the intimate farm dog of Ewa accompanied us daily on a walk and showed us the way. The horses that looked into the house window from time to time were also a highlight!

I really enjoyed staying here. It's a cute little apartment off to the side of town. There' a great walking trail just a little up hill. Petr's dog is ridiculously friendly, just wants to lean on you and be pet. :) If you have mobility issues, ask about the stairs - they're pretty steep, feels more like a ladder. Makes for a very cute bedroom feel, though!

We enjoyed all the space, the pool, the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings with our whole family! Communication with Jellie went smoothly, always quick feedback to our questions. The kids enjoyed the pool and when it got windy after a few days, the hood made sure it didn't get too cold. Totally super!

Lenka’s chalupa is one of those places you feel grateful to be able to spend a few days in. So much attention to detail.

we had a great time at the cottage and in the area. The property is sufficiently large and it has everything you need. The electrical appliances are in very good condition, TV, wi-fi and washing machine are available. Small disadvantage is the room layout: to get to the two children's rooms, you have to go through the bathroom; but is ok if you know. We often used the terrace with a fireplace and the view of the countryside and enjoyed it very much. You really have your peace. Trampoline and pool are of course great. From the house you can do a lot, whether it's nice hikes, bike rides or a visit to the summer toboggan run right nearby. For shopping there are several small shops in the village that have everything you need. Trutnov is only a few km away and you can ride a bike along the Aupa very relaxed. By the way, there's a great outdoor swimming pool on the edge of the forest. All in all, it is highly recommended.

Large house in a quiet village, located right beside a small farm. A 15 minute walk to a convenience store/bar/restaurant/play grounds. Our party included 3 adults and 3 children. The house had more than enough space, and sufficient kitchen and dining equipment. While the mattresses/bed slats are getting on in age, everything is clean and in functioning order. The property includes a small pool that is perfect for refreshing on a hot day. Hans is a great host - quick and clear communications, and he even arranged to have some small electronics we forgot sent to us.

great we have enjoyed the only thing we missed is a sofa where you can relax in the evening that really should be in the kitchen at the dining table with corner sofa not bad but at some point it's not really nice but again that is only rest ia fantastic thanks for the super nice time

Communication with Jaroslav was always very good, he answered all the questions we had. The appartment itself was very clean and had all we needed. The kids loved the pool and the spacious garden. We will remember our week over there as a perfect holiday with the sweetest hosts.

It’s perfect for a large group, including our furry friends — we had three dogs, and there was plenty of space for everyone.
