The location of the place is perfect, a quiet neighborhood and close to the tram (with a direct line to downtown). Christine was very friendly and attentive, and welcomed us upon arrival. The apartment is a basement, with windows and very nice, it has everything you need and impeccable.

Well thought out and appointed apartment with plenty of space, and a stone’s throw away from the hippodrome and the Forêt de Soignes for great walks/runs. Well connected to the centre of brussels or the european quarter by tram or train

We had a great time at Georges's, perfectly located in the center of Waterloo, very clean with very nice spaces. Georges was always available and very responsive. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Great, clean apartment located across from Cinquantenaire parc, very close to publlc transport and convenient to get to the rest of the city. Communication was very good. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay, the house was clean and matched complete the photos! The first room was too cold compared to the rest of the house , it's a shame but otherwise everything was perfect . A lot of stairs in the house , not suitable for the elderly . Thank you for the responsiveness of Aline and Alain .

For my first stay in Brussels I stayed 5 days at Laurent's. A host who is attentive and always present to help. The apartment was consistent with the information and photos. I had a enjoyable stay there.

We felt very lucky to have booked this Airbnb, it’s peaceful but very convenient and it’s easy to get into the city or more local places. Anouchka has thought of everything and it’s VERY well equipped, there were some delightful extra touches too including Christmas baubles and Prosecco, plus chocolates - all of which we enjoyed! The sofa is comfortable and so is the bed, the shower is enormous and there were body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. Great to find dishwasher tablets and washing machine capsules, spare loo paper and lots of cleaning materials etc. If we ever need an Airbnb again in Brussels we wouldn’t hesitate to rebook, our friend who lives locally was very impressed and will recommend it to other friends too.

We booked this place for traveling during Christmas holiday, it's closed to the Christmas markets. The apartment is located in peaceful area but still in a walk distance to the centre of the city. The living room and pantry are spacious, suitable for a group travlers. Maryse, the host, is very nice and helpful. We had some incident during the stay and Maryse helped to sort it out so quickly.

Incredibly friendly hosts, also responds quickly to questions and adjustments. The building was easy to find with plenty of (free) parking. The space itself is very nicely renovated and clean. Enough space for 8. All a nice stay and I was able to celebrate my birthday here. Thank you for hospitality Joyce and Michel!

Our experience was wonderful. The sector where the house is located is very quiet, surrounded by nature, also the apartment is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Thomas was very kind, when we arrived he suggested places to visit and gave us house care recommendations. It is perfect for people who go with a vehicle, in our case it was a bit difficult because we did not have a car but we used the public transport so we had to walk a little more than 15 minutes to get out to the main avenue. There is a supermarket close by, walking is 25 minutes. We were looking on our trip to enjoy nature, and that we found in Thomas's apartment. Thank you!

Yossif’s place was exactly how we were expecting it to be. Located in a very nice area, in a walkable distance from the Gare du Nord (10 minutes) from which we took a direct train to Bruges, from the Grand-Place (15 minutes) and from the Yser Metro Station, which has a direct connection to Gare Midi (Flibco destination from Charleroi Airport). It is also close to good restaurants and bars, supermarkets and pharmacies. The house was perfect, all rooms were very clean and comfortable and provided with all the amenities needed for an excellent stay. Yossif is very precise in the instructions, kind, available and responsive. I very recommend his place for short and long stays in Bruxelles. A presto!

Piet was available and responsive right away. The night before our arrival in Brussels, the reservation on another apartment skipped, Piet's response was an immediate solution for me and my 9 friends. Clean and tidy house, everything you need for a pleasant stay in a very quiet area of the city. The host provided us with useful directions to experience the city and what to visit. A few minutes walk away is a metro stop, very convenient to reach every corner of the city.

The stay went very well. We were very well hosted and the listing fits the description and photos.

Great little place; really quirky and in a very interesting 18thC building. Location fantastic - 2mins walk from both Central Station & Grand Place. Superb for a single traveller but the 'open' loo arrangement might be a push for some couples !

Rim made it easier for us to check in as we were able to get in early to drop off our luggage and enter the bathroom without having to wait for the scheduled time. The apartment is as shown in the photos, it was very clean and rim was very nice to us. The room was as it appeared in the photos but we miss a full size bed. And although the kitchen was very well equipped, we think a little olive oil would be good for cooking and for Spanish tourists. For the rest, there was a 10 min metro stop, Midi station 15-20 min walk and downtown 20-25 min walk. In the neighborhood there is almost nothing, we were surprised that there was not a super market or bars beyond kebabs. But the location seemed right to go to the station to take the trains to Brujas and Ghent and to move in general. The staircase is very steep. The apartment in general value for money is above the average of many we have visited.

The apartment was beyond expectations. Clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, modern. Very easy to get into the city centre via public transport. Zawar was very helpful with any enquiries about the apartment and Brussels itself. We would definitely recommend staying here for any trips to Brussels!

I am very happy to have found this apartment and to have spent a few days here. It truly feels like home. The host was polite, attentive, clearly explained everything, and checked if we needed anything. The apartment itself is very cosy and comfortable. We found everything that was mentioned in the description and everything we needed. We stayed in separate bedrooms, both of which were comfortable (one of the rooms has a large mattress on the floor, but this was absolutely not an issue – it was very comfortable too). I was glad that the apartment had both a bathroom and a shower room – it’s really convenient when more than one person is staying. Oh, and the coffee was delicious! I believe I will return here again! :)

The apartment is beautiful and soothing. Very clean and easy to access. Near the Gare du Midi and therefore public transport. The owner is lovely. I felt at home there and it was so nice.

Excellent stay at Kostas. The studio is very well located 10 minutes walk from Saint-Luc Hospital. The secure parking is a huge asset for Brussels. And, last but not least, the value for money is unbeatable.
