Wonderful hosting! My stay was excellent. The space is exactly as described in the listing: clean, well organized and welcoming. Location is great, making it easy to access points of interest. The host was very attentive, quickly answering questions and offering support whenever necessary. The experience as a whole exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers!

The site of Nova Europa is a charming place, full of history, a house with life... we feel we are being welcomed by the owners of the house (who are not there), but their history is... The rooms are all super comfortable, the decor is beautiful, everything super clean, the bathrooms are perfect for what we need on rest days with friends or family. The site itself has a beautiful and relaxing landscape, the swimming pool is great and has the entire structure for a barbecue by the side of it, with pool towels already organized and ready for use, not to mention the heated Jacuzzi that has in another area of the site, a beautiful lake and towering trees. Everything provides you with great relaxation and inspirations. Super recommend staying there with Victor who is more than thoughtful and quick in messaging. Note 1,000!

The site is very large, with a beautiful landscape around. Super pleasant pool, comfortable beds and pillows and well-equipped kitchen as described in the ad. We had a great time. Our only suggestion is the installation of mosquito net screens due to the number of flies and insects on the site. No more, I recommend!

Great option for those living in São Paulo. Super nearby and the condominium is amazing. Wonderful place, a beautiful and very spacious house. I recommend the house, just like the photos. Alan is very attentive but messages, always respond quickly and clearly... beautiful place, very quiet condominium, safe. About the comments of the documents to be sent, it is for security reasons... it may disturb initially, but it is for security. Coming there was everything in advance, just completed the registration and everything was fine. The staff of the lobby are super polite, they were very attentive. Big house, well cared for, wonderful pool! The sensational days that we spent there that will be in the memory of all my family.

We are a frivolous family and we like to relate to each other. And, we found in the Hosts, support for every difficulty or problem we encountered in the house they promptly sought a solution. Pena that we cannot put a photo here, as we have several records of Mr. Claudio made some kindnesses...... He called the barbecue, taught us a caipirinha MARA with the lemon he collected from his own garden and finally he and his wife had lunch with us. D break we get a noodle salad with tuna from Mari's wife of the Host(delia). Well maybe it's not the kind of assessment you're used to, but this is our ideal worldview and cost-benefit. Our gratitude to Mr. Claudio who, even though he was in mourning, treated us so kindly. God bless you!

the location is approximately 10 minutes from animalia Park by car. we went with 2 minor children and I advise parents who have children to remove items that are breakable in order not to damage anything from the space,as it is a Visual Pollution. in a mini room has 4 unnecessary glass tables that take up space and making it impossible to get around,as it is impossible not to get hurt. i had problems with the kitchen, it does not have main items such as pots, pressure pots or containers for storing food. my wife had to cook in 1 MILK the children's soup. Silvia has been communicated and she is the manager of the space,the owners should have more insight into her accommodation. i suggest asking Silvia if the kitchen in this space is *FUNCTIONAL* because the kitchen is the heart of a house for those who have FOOD RESTRICTIONS. **are constructive observations!! For those who will host with children. Silvia obgdo✅️

Super recommend, everything was very organized, Cesar at all times passes important information, indications of service providers (barbecue, lunch, etc…). The Jacuzzi is wonderful, heats up super fast, the view is good, the top is wonderful! A little piece of countryside close to town 😅 They were also flexible with the checkout, so just go!

Flávio is agile in the answers and always willing to help, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment is clean, well maintained and is located in a quiet neighborhood. We had a great experience.

The apartment is great! Well-equipped, wonderful sofa, comfortable beds, good bed linen, very good ceiling fans, full kitchen, washer machine and clothes dressing machine. The condominium is very familiar, space for walking with pet, safe concierge. Perto has pizza, snacks, market, pharmacy, shopping mall, gas station. It was perfect for what we needed and felt at home. The host is super helpful and thoughtful.

We have been in Gabriel's apartment for practically 3 weeks, the ap is next to the iguatemi shopping mall (5min by car) and practically on the side of the real bakery (on the other side of the highway, to go to pe) is not to be overlooked with a highway, and Gabriel's ap has good windows/windows and air conditioning, nothing is heard, perfect for those who want to rest and at the same time have a view otima of sorocaba, I leave my thank you very much and note 1000 to Gabriel ate Paulo and Ash

The apartment is great, it is presented according to the description and the photos, we feel at home and we prepare some meals with great peace of mind. It has a location close to the mall and to markets which has helped a lot. Cristian is a great host, always being helpful and leaving everything organized and the disposition for better comfort in the apartment. We will definitely return!!!
