Leonardo is an amazing host, attentive and caring about guests' needs. The apartment accommodates well 3 people, has several cooking utensils, it is airy, a good place to rest between rides or even to stay if you go to work in Rio. The location is great, with everything close and easy access to tourist spots, such as the arch of Lapa, Bonde de Santa Teresa, etc. I loved it and absolutely when I return to Rio I will stay there again.

Nos Encanto to stay here, Martina and Eduardo are very good hosts, always attentive and friendly, they gave us the flexibility to leave our bags early since our flight was super early, on the first day Eduardo was in charge of receiving us and giving us super punctual and detailed tips of the attractions and life of Rio. The apartment is in an excellent area, you find beach, entertainment, pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries, bars, restaurants, EVERYTHING. The truth is that if we have the opportunity to return, we would stay there again!

Great location with a lot to do. Great restaurants just steps from the front door! Safe area with a short walk to the beach. The interior was nicely remodeled. The lobby is always clean and friendly!

The apartment is excellent, comfortably accommodating up to four people. Its location is privileged, just 50 meters from the beach, which made our stay even more practical and enjoyable. The presence of a washer and dryer was a significant advantage, especially for those who go to the beach and need to wash and dry clothes with ease. I recommend!

Large space, good internet (for those who need home office), air conditioning, good shower, very pleasant condominium and very close to the entrance of the city.

I absolutely loved my stay at Jeanne’s place! She greeted me very warmly upon arrival and was extremely friendly. The place is absolutely gorgeous, it’s magical waking up to the views of the beach and surroundings every morning. If you wake up early enough, you get to have the best views of beautiful suns rise with a clear gradient of colour on the horizon. Jeanne was kind enough to provide all necessary recommendations and more. For those into fitness, you can walk down the ramp and go for an ocean-side run in morning all the way to Ipanema beach where they have outdoor calisthenics equipment right by the beach. The beach next to the place (Praia do Vidigal - in front of the Sheraton Hotel) is very peaceful limited crowds and a beautiful scenery. Overall, Jeanne was a wonderful host and made me feel right at home. No better place to stay at to kick off your Rio adventures. Can’t wait to return to this place!

This was my first time bringing my children to Brazil, so I was obviously very nervous about how they would feel in a foreign country. But when we got to the apartment they were soooo excited! And so was I. I was extremely thankful that the description was not only accurate, but even better than expected since kids can be hard to please. We loved walking around the neighborhood. We had a little spot where we got breakfast every morning. The local people were so friendly. The beach was beautiful of course. Anything you need is right there, supermarket, drugstore, even shops to buy socks and underwear in walking distance if you forget any. The host was amazing. Exceptional hospitality. Responsive. Very accommodating. The apartment was beyond the cutest. I would love one day to buy one just like it! It was also very modern, and super clean. I loved that there were balconies throughout. The pool was quaint. I would highly recommend this place to everyone! Absolutely love, love, loved it!!

The stay at Fabio's apartment was wonderful. He has all the elements to make the stay very comfortable, he was worried at all times about us in case we needed anything. He gave us excellent tourist information, we contacted a friend who does transportation and he was also super friendly. While it is somewhat away from the downtown area of Rio, uber, metro or bus, one can get around super well. Inside the condominium there are many activities that one can use, after touring the tourist areas. It is also close to various commercial premises, restaurants, etc. Very good security. In the lagoon that is outside the condominium there are jacares and capibaras that one can go to observe in the evenings. There are beaches and parks very close to the condominium, uber are about 15 to 20 minutes. I 100% recommend everything. Ahh forget the nice detail Fabio gave us upon our arrival, I'm waiting for us with a cake and cold drink. Wonderful detail.💖

Amei everything! The place is excellent, the neighborhood is quiet and has several amenities nearby, such as shopping and other services. The condominium is impeccable, offering everything: restaurants, bakery, choperia, beauty salon, whirlpool, amazing pool and a breathtaking view. The apartment is super cozy, with a wonderful sofa (for a long time we did not watch TV, but the quality of the image, the pay channels and the comfort of the sofa made us enjoy a lot). I highly recommend it to those who are traveling with children; it is a much more peaceful and pleasant option than staying in Copacabana, I who already know the sights and did not want to visit again, the bar was ideal! 😊

Very nice the complex and the facilities I had, pools, spa area, games and activities for boys, food area within the complex. We were greeted by José and showed us the entire complex very kindly. While the beaches are not close by, the place has all the conveniences to stay inside. Highly recommended.

We just love the stay! Ape close to absolutely everything, Copacabana beach is 1 block away, the surroundings have bars,restaurants,markets,pharmacies and even subway! The accommodation has all the kitchen utensils. Well-equipped room and air-conditioning in the environments.Matteo super consideroso and request. We love the tour about the locality and usability of the ape ! Flexible checkin.
