Leonardo is an amazing host, attentive and considerate of guests' needs. The apartment accommodates 3 people well, has several cooking utensils, is airy, a good place to rest between tours or even to stay if you are working in Rio. The location is great, with everything close and easy access to tourist attractions such as the Lapa arch, Santa Teresa Tram, etc. I loved it and, for sure, when I return to Rio, I will stay there again.

We loved staying here, Martina and Eduardo are very good hosts, always attentive and friendly, they gave us the flexibility to leave our bags early since our flight was super early, the first day Eduardo took care of receiving us and giving us super punctual and detailed tips of the attractions and life of Rio. The apartment is in an excellent area, you find the beach, entertainment, pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries, bars, restaurants, EVERYTHING. The truth is that if we have the chance to return, we would stay there again!

Excellent apartment, 100% met our expectations. It had all necessary utensils and appliances. Spacious and comfortable facilities. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was wonderful. Of the best things it was that it has a filtered ice water dispenser. Aires conditioned that allowed to cool the apt in its entirety. We would come back without hesitation. Super nice stay with a great location! The host is very nice and always available, she also speaks English. The place is secure and always guarded, check-in and check-out went smoothly and very easy. Amenities were as advertised and everything worked out perfectly. Unfortunately, there were small bugs in the room that ran around everywhere, probably someone left their food in the property beforehand. This disturbed and made the place feel dirty. Otherwise, we would go back to this place every time!

The apartment is excellent. Exactly as shown in the photos, impeccable cleanliness, sensational location. Don't be afraid to rent it! I recommend it.

Wonderful and super comfortable space, organized and clean, had everything we need. The village is very quiet and made us feel safe, around we can do grocery shopping, have lunch, snack, and besides being very close to the beach, it still has daily policing a lot of the way. A place we don't want to leave, and when we want to go back!

The house is simply amazing! Super cozy, clean and well decorated environment, SUPER spacious which ended up providing us a lot of comfort throughout the stay. The location was excellent, and Ana was extremely attentive, ensuring everything was perfect. Without a doubt, a wonderful experience, I highly recommend and would be back for sure!

Sergio is an excellent person, I loved the entire reception. The place is great and close to restaurants and markets. I'll definitely be back more often.

My family and I can only thank Mr. Antônio, he thinks in the smallest detail. Casa super complete, all very sanitized, clear and objective instructions, all planned with great affection to have a quiet stay. It has far exceeded expectations. Thank you again for the excellent experience and the wonderful carnival we have had. Hope to get the chance to come back more often.

Super well located, spacious, with everything you need. Electric shower works super well, kitchen with electric coffee maker, microwave, air conditioning and fan. I found it super sympathetic that left toothpaste, shampoo and dove conditioner for us !

This was our second time staying here and I would return in a heartbeat! Waking up to the sound of the ocean is wonderful, the beds are comfortable, and it is easy walking to both Vidigal and Leblon while still feeling quiet and peaceful. Can’t wait to come back!

I stayed with three friends at Julie’s apartment during the New Year’s period. The house is very spacious and in an excellent location, being very close to Ipanema Beach and in an area that, despite the busy New Year’s festivities, always made me feel safe and free to move around. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, so there is no noise at all, and the terrace offers a breathtaking view—truly priceless. Julie was an amazing host; from the very beginning, she helped me make the most of my experience in Rio by suggesting places to visit and sharing her contacts to ensure I could fully enjoy the city. I hope to find this apartment available again when I return to Rio de Janeiro. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to have an incredible experience.

The apartment is just like the photos, impeccable bright and with an incredible view. The building has a 24-hour reception, making it very simple. The area is unbeatable, in the center of leblon, two blocks from the beach and close to a lot of restaurants. Excellent place :)

Great stay at this nice flat with Merc and Eva who were really great hosts. They tried to help even when it was almost impossible...Rio is Rio Ipanema is beautiful and it's people too!!

Near1 month at Alexandre's: a long and beautiful stay . I validate all the ratings written by those who stayed there before us . The apartment is comfortable and nice , and there are certainly others of the same nature . But a person like Alexandre , I don't think so . This stay was amazing. The location was perfect, a short walk from the beach. I felt safe and secure as there was security in the building at all times. The place was spotless and stocked with everything I needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Rio! Felt like home away from home.
