Very cosy and functional studio, 1/2 indoor and 1/2 outdoor with beautiful seasight. Designed by the owner (architect) in minimal style but respecting local traditions. Excellent for relax, meditation or yoga sessions. Particularly suitable as artist or writers retreat, especially in the offseason. The minimal style inside and the marvellous open view outside would facilitate to focus on your objectives (to contact the host for offseason terms, weekly and monthly pricing)

Very nice, clean and quiet place to stay. We ( 2 adults and 2 children) felt very much at home. Located 3 min walking distance from Lidl and the city of Porec can be reached by car in 5-7min. The apartment is fully equipped. The pool is filled with salt water and very clean. We had a bath in every late afternoon. Simply great! Alfredo the homeowner provided us with good tips and was very helpful. We will definitely come back.

The accomodation is close to the beach but you can also get to nice restaurants and a supermarket within the walking distance of appr. 10-15mins. On the other hand you also have a nice garden where you can spend some time or have a barbecue in the evening. Ante was very supportive and easy-to-reach... After all, I'd be more than happy to come again and stay with Ante's bungalow.

We had a very nice holiday in Martin's house. We would like to thank him for his hospitality. The house was super tidy, provided with everything you need to spend a nice holiday. We especially enjoyed the nice big pool, the BBQ, and the fine evenings on the patio. We stayed at Melanie's place for a 1 week. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by her grandmother and shown around the house. The house was exactly as described and we immediately felt comfortable there. There was even a trampoline for the kids. Everything was clean and very nicely decorated. The grandma was super friendly and even brought the children an ice cream:) Melanie was easily accessible in case of problems. The area was very quiet and you could enjoy the barbecue on the terrace in the evening. We will definitely return :)

A wonderful stay in the small but fine cottage. We felt right at home. Everything was very clean and the furnishings lovingly and completely sufficient. On the large grounds, which is fenced - so good for the dogs 😋👍🏻- there is still a villa for larger groups and families, which is not disturbing at all. The two houses are located on a busy road, but it doesn't matter. Still quiet! Regarding the location, you need a car to get to the sea in 12-20 minutes, but was also described like this and no problem for us, as we have a new one every day. Excursion. There are also nice routes to walk nearby, as well as good restaurants and plenty of shopping. Great area. Thank you for letting us meet dear Annette and Peter!

Very nice house inside a very well-kept campsite. Well-structured, impeccable interior. Top notch cleanliness. Convenient access to the sea. Great value for money. The only small flaw is the communication with the host is reduced to the essential and you have to ask sometimes. But it's small compared to the quality of the place.
