We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Was a lovely place to call home for the week. Beautiful views on the sun terrace and very spacious, clean rooms. Amazing experience! I stayed for a month in February. Apartment and the whole building are newly renovated. Location is very close to 2 supermarkets. Everything inside is also new and absolutely clean. With really BIG balcony. Giuseppe is a wonderful host. Whatever I needed he managed to get it for me, the same day! From toaster to small carpet that I asked for to put next to the bed! Once a week they would leave a treat of local produce as suprise, fruits, wine, dolce.. Truly unforgettable experience! Highly recommended!💖✨️

My daughter, her little dog Obi and I spent a wonderful month at Giaia's house. She is a wonderful hostess, always attentive and gave us some delicious lemons from her house. As we went with Obi, she had food and dishes for him, plus a little gift. The apartment is very well located, you can walk to the main places of interest in the city of Palermo. There is a supermarket nearby and restaurants. When we return to Palermo we hope to stay in this beautiful apartment. Thank you very much Giaia!!!!

Angela was a very kind hostess! She gave us a very warm welcome. Communication with Angela was very pleasant and easy. She recommended that we visit the pizzeria right down on the beach for the evening, which was really great and certainly the best pizza of the entire vacation! We liked the apartment and the terrace even better than what was evident from the photos. It was very clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything necessary. Likewise the bathroom, which also had a washing machine. All around it was a great apartment with a great and quiet location, a few meters from the center of Balestrate. It was also great that the apartment was a few meters from the beach, so you could enjoy a nice sunset on the beach with a beer or wine. Should we decide to stay in Balestrate again for a few days, we would not hesitate and would immediately like to stay with Angela in the apartment again!

Giulia is a welcoming and very helpful host. Her apartment is impeccable and fully matches the description published on the site. It is a strategic location for visiting the city of Palermo starting with the Royal Palace.

Vittoria and Francesco have been the perfect hosts. The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated and is very close to transportation to the airport or Mondello decorated beach. Caminando is 10-15 minutes away from the city's main tourist attractions and we have been offered many details and recommendations of places to visit and where to eat like a local. I recommend this apartment 100%. We carry small suitcases, but if you are going to travel with a large suitcase, please note that you have to climb several floors. Anyway, EVERYTHING IS PERFECT!!!! I will always recommend it!

We highly recommend to stay in the appartement of Francesca. The beautiful appartement is very spacious with a private balcony with lots of plants. Francesca is also super friendly and very fast in responding. Her son, arranged our transport from and to the airport and that was also very pleasant as he was super friendly and very punctual on time. The appartement is in the old town, close to good restaurants, museums, nice bars,… We had a great stay there for 4 nights and we would highly recommend the place!

Comfortable apartment and exquisite hospitality! The house has complete amenities, including a first aid kit in the bathroom. We enjoyed the fruit and sweets found on arrival and the almond pastries on departure. Above all, Antonella has always been responsive to small problems that we solved without any particular inconvenience. Only negative note: the apartment is on the second floor without an elevator and the particularly steep stairs made it tiring to carry luggage. In general we are very satisfied and recommend the property to those who want to visit Palermo and its surroundings on foot.

A beautiful oasis of calm in Palermo. Great apartment in a historic building within walking distance of the old area of the city and many of the main attractions. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and well equipped. Communication with Davide was easy and we appreciated his flexibility around checking in. We had a fantastic time and would visit again.

Great place to stay! You’ll be near tons of great restaurants, things to do and shopping. We truly enjoyed our time! Our favorite part was two different private outdoor seating areas! A must book for your trip to Palermo!

I can’t say enough nice things. First of all, Daniela is such a gem! She offered rides for very reasonable prices, gave us brief tours of the areas we were in which were super helpful, and always responsive. Her place was just outside of the noisier areas, but walking distance to the restaurants and beaches. 15 minutes walk to the beach, or you can wait for the local buses if you prefer not to walk. The space was spacious and the bed was so comfortable!! After traveling for a couple weeks, the good nights of sleep were needed. Great trip & stay, and hope to return someday :)

We spent 1 week vacation in April 2025 at Eliana and Davide's home. We were 2 adults and 2 kids aged 10 and 12. We arrived from Trapani airport by car, late at night, and Eliana guided us perfectly to get to the apartment. The instructions were perfectly accurate. Eliana was very available during our stay, in case we needed anything. The space: The accommodation was perfectly clean, comfortable, well equipped with beautiful sea views from the bedroom and from the terrace. We were able to enjoy the sun by the pool with the sunbeds, the kids were delighted. The beautiful sandy beach is 5 minutes walk , the water was a little too cool in early April, we just watched it:) The location is really great for visiting this part of the island. An island paradise. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Eliana.

Thank you Angelo for a wonderful week in your beautiful home in Palermo. Lovely spacious sitting room and kitchen, high ceilings and lovely outdoor space. Comfortable beds (it makes all the difference!) and a calm, quiet environment to enjoy. The apartment has a brilliantly equipped kitchen and a whole host of welcome goodies in the fridge. I would highly recommend.

Rosalia homestay was such a beautiful property with a brilliant host. Couldn’t recommend enough. The views are incredible. Not far from cinisi and Terrasini both great little towns to have a look around. Brilliant beaches and viewpoints just a walk away from the property. Thanks for a great stay Mara :)

Dorotea and her husband are very pleasant hosts, available and have good tips. They contributed to the success of our stay. The accommodation is very clean and functional, the outdoor setting with the pool is really nice. We recommend these hosts without hesitation.

Maximilian greeted us on arrival and give us a tour of the place including anything important we needed to know. His apartment was perfect for what we needed and the pool/garden area was beautiful. Max had bikes that we could use which were excellent for getting down to the sea front of Mondello in a matter of minutes! We would absolutely return to Mondello and would definitely choose to stay here again!
