The house offers everything you need for a pleasant stay and the area is very convenient to reach the waterfront on foot. Elena was very helpful, she welcomed us kindly and gave very welcome advice.

A unique experience, truly an adventure. Stock up on groceries and drinking water before driving in, once at the apartment you won’t want to leave. Beautiful beach, friendly neighbors.

Weekend with friends. Very spacious and well-maintained apartment. The area is quiet even if close to downtown. Restaurants and harbor within walking distance. Paid parking not far away. Not very flexible check-in times

Barbara was super helpful, she also made us find a cutter to park the car as sturdy. The house was as described, a supermarket nearby and a great view from the balcony. As in the entire area, having no private parking you have to resort to public parking nearby, if in a group it is advisable to have as few cars as possible and small.

Warm welcome, flexible hours and great availability of Livia in recommending local experiences. The apartment is well cared for and well-stocked, with evocative views of the town of Porto Santo Stefano. The location is tactical to reach the beach of the Cantoniera, the port and the city center. Perfect base camp for a holiday with friends exploring the Argentario and island of Giglio.

Great place! Better than the photos. We felt very comfortable as a couple with a child and a dog. Quietly located, so we could even spend the New Year's Eve undisturbed as desired. Nevertheless, there is plenty to do. The landlords have already heated the apartment, so we were immediately able to move into a pleasantly tempered accommodation. The bed is wide and incredibly comfortable! Also the shower is wonderful. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at the flat, it was so close to everything, especially the little cove beach with incredible rocks and views to experience Giglio. Make sure to bring swim shoes as there are lots of sea urchins about- but couldn’t recommend the flat more. And Rosario let us leave luggage and shower the final day- which was very kind.

Really nice apartment, I was very impressed when I got there. The loving decor made you feel right at home. The street is right next door and sometimes louder. You can easily reach the harbor on foot and the Quashqai also fit the parking lot. Thanks for the hospitality! I would go back. Greetings from Germany. :)

Amazing apartment. South-facing over a picturesque sleepy harbour. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants you need in town. Can’t wait to return.

Alessandra was lovely and very responsive host! When plans changed she went out of her way to accommodate. The place is easily walkable to anywhere in Porto Ercole, and the bus stop is right outside the entrance so easily accessible! Overall was really great, thanks Alessandra!

Beautiful experience, everything as described, excellent base to visit the Maremma Park, the Orbetello lagoon and the Argentario. Edoardo was friendly and very helpful, as was his partner. Highly recommended

We had a good time at Mauro's place. The space was clean, the neighbors were good people. Very nice outdoor space with lots of greenery and relaxation areas. The shared pool is also impeccable.

Staying at Piero's was a great experience, he and his wife were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. They welcomed us with some breakfast products and the house was stocked with basic products such as sugar coffee salt, etc. Great restaurant tips. The adequate and spacious outdoor spaces with every possible supply, the interiors are fresh and with mosquito nets on the windows. In front of the house is a winery with great wine and a small shop with fresh and basic products. We highly recommend staying here, we hope to be able to come back.
