We had the loveliest overnight stay here! It was perfect for what we wanted, a beautiful house for a group get away to celebrate a birthday. We were all impressed how stunning the house, decor and cleanliness was upon arrival. The host was super helpful allowing for an early check-in and living so close to the property we had the option to message if we needed help with anything. Great amenities supplied, even included teas, coffee & milk which we were going to get on our way but didn’t have to! Would definitely recommend this property and host - we had the best time!

What a fantastic house with the most friendly host - Angela could not have been more welcoming ahead of our stay in her lovely home. We booked this house for a New Years Eve getaway with some friends and it was just perfect in every way, brilliant location, superbly kitted out and squeaky clean. Angela went above and beyond leaving us some welcome treats on arrival and sharing local recommendations for restaurants/pubs etc. The house itself is gorgeous and clearly a lot of love has gone into the renovations. Overall a brilliant experience and would highly recommend to others, many thanks Angela for your incredible hospitality! Kamila x

Perfectly located right across the road from the town and 5 minutes to the beach. Easy check in and space for the car which was very useful. Everything nice and clean and host there to show us in and around as we arrived.

An absolutely perfect airbnb place…. I can’t think of a single thing that could improve this place. Great comms, easy check in, spotless and well decorated, so many extra little touches (milk, cake, fruit etc), a relaxing place to stay. Sadly we were only here one night but I’m sure we will come again when we are next visiting family in the area. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful weekend - Wendy’s house is beautiful and she had thought of everything- fantastic welcome pack and breakfast. Spacious, comfortable and gorgeous. Easy walking distance to the Pantiles with loads to do, and Wendy was so responsive and gave lots of recommendations. Highly recommended!

Debi has the perfect place for a get away from the city. What made it even more perfect is it is a dog friendly place! It is spotless and tidy! We had a really great time and we hope to come back again! Her place is highly recommended for any one who is looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Lovely walk from Whitstable/Tankerton Beach!

Large private space in a stunningly tranquil location - being down a road warning "unsuitable for motors" says it all. With a wonderful breakfast hamper, complete with personal touches, and a well stocked wood pile to keep the burner going, it's difficult to think what more you could want

Sheerness is a special place. We had things to do and people to see in the area and this apartment suited us very well. However, it is such a beautifully restored, decorated and furnished apartment that it would be worth staying a couple of nights just to experience it. The exterior and especially the interior are completely charming, and Antony was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent host. There are a couple of decent restaurants nearby and Sheppey is well worth exploring. We had a great stay

Alex was lovely from the very beginning, so helpful! The apartment is one if the best we've stayed in, beautiful, amazing location right on the front, and everything was completely spotless! Such s perfect stay thank you so much Alex.

Peter and Janet's place is the perfect place for a couple to stay in Herne Bay - it's a lovely little apartment in a great central location minutes from the beach. The pictures didn't do justice to how nicely presented and spotlessly clean the place was, or how comfy the bed was! Peter was a great host, very responsive and friendly. We really appreciated the cold drinks, wine and fruit provided, as well as all the clean towels, the toiletries, and the little Christmas touches - there was everything you need and more. We hope to return.

What a gem! Beautiful ground floor flat within 5 minutes walk of the beach. Owners' attention to detail was faultless and decor was gorgeous. We had a very relaxing stay and the treats left for us were very much appreciated. Excellent communication with owners who were super friendly and helpful.

Loved it, perfect place for me and Daniel while exploring. Simon was very helpful and friendly, any questions pre visit were answered promptly and it was obvious he wanted you to enjoy your stay. Very cosy and so clean. There is only one complaint I didn’t book long enough.

We have a lovely stay, great accommodation in beautiful surroundings. The apartment had everything you need for a cosy getaway, was very clean and comfortable. Anita is a fantastic host, provided all the relevant information beforehand and was extremely welcoming upon arrival. Niki has made a wonderful restoration of the property making it both homely and interesting. Niki is delightful company making one feel well looked after from the first contact. I shall definitely return when in the area.

We had a great stay. Lovely place, both the space itself - very cosy and comfortable - and the garden and surrounding area: beautiful, green, and tranquil. Carol and Guy are great hosts, very kind and accomodating, and communicate well. Highly recommended!

Right from the start Vivian was brilliant. Absolutely spotless room. Vivian allowed us to check in early as we had a funeral to go to. Amazing breakfast that we are so sorry we couldn’t eat it all! I agree with another customs about the star rating she definitely deserves more!

Sam and Carlos have one of the most beautiful homes I’ve been in! If you’re looking to stay in Margate, you’d be hard pressed to find a better place to stay. The decor, ambience & feng shui is perfect. Their home with washed out colourful walls has a character and equal rusticness that is hard to find. The interior & plants are calming, cosy, peaceful and bright. We were very lucky we had beautiful winter sunlight all weekend which streamed in and lit up the whole house. We could have easily stayed indoors for a week. Their home is also perfectly located in margate, right in the centre and easy to get around. As hosts Sam and Carlos were amazing. They are both very quick to answer and were proactive with our needs. Thank you so much both! We can’t wait to come back.

Once again we stayed overnight in Arden B&B which is perfectly hosted by Sue. Sue is very kind and does everything to feel you like home. We enjoyed the talks with her very much and we are looking forward to our next stay there. :-) *****

Gilly was such a kind host! Her house is beautiful (I would also argue even better than the pictures!) and I felt right at home. She also kindly offered to drive me up the hill, to start my hike to the White Cliffs of Dover from there, which I glady accepted! 10/10 would recommend staying with Gilly!!

Great stay , just what we needed. Very peaceful and relaxing. Looking forward to staying there again.
