Firstly Stephanie's treatment and dedication, who always responded in time and with clear instructions. Always reachable to respond and resolve. The place is beautiful, very accessible and with ease to supermarkets, as long as you have a vehicle. You are about 4.5 Km from Playa Mantas (Ballast Road) which in turn you have access to Playa Blanca, as long as you consider the high tide. I love that we have a secured space in the Playa Mantas park, which is monitored and gives you facilities not to return to the condominium with sand. The condominium is very quiet and safe, the pool and common areas are first, the pool is very clean. As for the apartment, I really liked it, with all the facilities to be able to cook and maintain your food . The living room is very clean, with air conditioning, small but ideal to disconnect and rest given the tranquility of the place. If you want to go to the beach and rest with your partner, this is the place.

The stay was unforgettable! From the first message you exchange with Xinia you realize the great quality of the experience since she is always directed with great respect and assertiveness. The house is very equipped which satisfies any need of the guests, the pool is very private which led to pleasant family memories and moments of great union., Additionally, the property has great safety, which removes all concerns with vehicles. I definitely recommend this space to generate cute memories and recharge batteries.

The house is well stocked, and beautifully decorated . The location within punta Leona is also great. My only observation which is the pool is set between the room and the kitchen. Which is a beautiful setup , but with young children you have to keep a watchful eye at all times.

Amazing view and peaceful place!!

We loved our stay at Casas del Soleil. The property is stunning, surrounded by nature, and the villa was spotless with a well-equipped kitchen. Its location, set back from the main road, ensures a peaceful environment. Soraya is truly a treasure and her staff were exceptional. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations, arranged our airport transfer and ATV delivery. The cleaning service was top-notch, and they even took care of our laundry. The pool was an added bonus! I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

This is one of the nicest Airbnbs I have stayed in. Immaculately maintained gated community with very friendly staff. The host was very responsive, helpful and courteous. The condo is located about a 10 minute walk from a lovely local restaurant called Sabor Jacó, convenience store and fruit and vegetable market. 10 minutes further you arrive in downtown Jacó where there is everything you need. Groceries, restaurants, bars, retail stores and the beach. Downtown is a $3.00 CAD Uber ride. Everything worked perfectly in the condo. Great internet, air conditioning and lots of hot water. Bed was very comfortable and bedroom had blackout blinds. The salt water pool is 25 metres long. Great for laps. Just an overall great place to stay. I highly recommend it.

We stayed in this condo for a month and really enjoyed the condo and everything that came with it. Would definitely recommend this place. If we visit Costa Rica we will definitely check this place out.

Beautiful location and property. View is fantastic. Pool area was lovely. Outdoor bathroom was a vibe. Felt extremely private and peaceful. Fairly quick access to town in Santa Teresa. Our host/concierge Fiona was extremely responsive and helpful. Our first time in Costa Rica so a few notes for other first time visitors relevant to this property. The roads to access the house are really rough which made coming and going an adventure. 4x4 helpful. In April, temp is fairly hot and high humidity. The AC kept the bedrooms nice and cool but the main room stayed pretty warm. House is set in the beautiful jungle which means wildlife at all times of day and night. Very fun but also a LOT of noise. Bring earplugs if a sensitive sleeper. A few small issues with the appliances during our stay but everything was resolved reasonably. Overall our trip was fabulous and would absolutely book with this host and property again.
