Come relax in this unique and tranquil space. The apartment is located in a 3-long farm, the completely newly renovated and is located in the middle of the most beautiful nature right up from the forest and lakes with lots of wildlife. The apartment has everything you need and perfect for vacation and as a base for your experiences. There are many experiences nearby and is only 35 minutes from Copenhagen and 20 minutes to Roskilde and Holbæk. There is a small garden where games can be grilled and played. Shopping facilities less than 3 km away. Great restaurants, shops and cinema 15 min. drive in Frederiksund. Visit ecological Svanholm farm nearby with pet animals and fresh cows milk. Here you can pick flower bouquets for 50,- and hang out in cafe. Se amazing star lit sky from terrasse and spa. Friendly neighbors all round.

Storr stue med både spiseplads og tv afdeling med bl.a. 40” tv med 38 kanaler og smart tv funktion. Dejlig ugeneret have med 5 strategisk placerede solterrasse, hvor der er muligt at sidde i solen hele dagen. Gode parkeringsmuligheder på grunden, herunder carport til den åbne bil. 900 meter ned til grundejerforeningens dejlige badebro, beliggende i den hyggelige vig.

Hyggeligt og roligt sommerhus centralt i Kulhuse med charme og sjæl - og vildmarksbad! Huset har stue og køkken-alrum i et, badeværelse og 2 værelser med dobbeltseng (det ene også med børneseng). Stue med sovesofa. Huset er børnevenligt med legetøj i hus og have. I haven er der terrasse, vildmarksbad, bålplads, pizzaovn, hængekøje, legehus og gynger. Ingen støj fra vej. 5 min gang til indkøb, 10 min gang til strand & 5 min kørsel til skov. OBS: Vildmarksbadet kan ikke bruges i frostvejr.

Have a fantastic holiday in this cozy summer house with lots of activities for both children and adults. The house is centrally located in a big vacation area with beautiful nature and ferries to other parts of Denmark. With only 700m to a fine sandy beach, via a small calm path-road, and 3 km to the city center with restaurants, café's, bars and shopping opportunities. At the big theme park "Sommerland Sjælland" only 7 km away you can spend a whole day with the kids.

Lovely kitchen/living room with amazing light, both due to skylights and large window section facing the terrace and garden. The kitchen has a cooking island, wood-burning stove and is in open connection with the dining area, which in turn is partially open to the living room. 2 rooms with large loft, large bathroom with both spa and shower as well as utility room with laundry facilities. It is 1000 meters to the nearest beach and 2 km to the nearest shopping.
