Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Iquitos

We fully enjoyed staying in this large aesthetic house. The house is beautifully made with great floors and spacious rooms as well as large garden and terrace. It was always very quiet, lovely surroundings, not too many mosquitos. It was fresh and in the green, good to rest in the heat. Bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is very well made. Felice was always very friendly and accommodating and helped us with everything! We will be happy to come back!

I liked that the room had a computer table. The internet speed by Starlink was decente, around 100Mb/s. I also appreciate that the hosts let me check-in early. The area felt safe, inhabited with families with children. About 5 min. ride on a mototaxi to center, sometimes I walked for 30 min, which also felt quite safe. Good base to explore the surroundings.

Claire was super helpful no matter which situation. Before even arriving there she gave me more than clear instructions how to get there and what I'm expected to pay for public transport and alternatives since you have to cross the river to get there. When I finally did arrive she was very friendly and welcoming so I felt like home straight away. She would always ask if you need anything and she even cooked for me which I found very pleasant. All in all Claire felt like a Mom to me and she definetly has a heart of gold. Her property is as beautiful as the pictures show and all basic amenities are on site. If you ever feel you need a place away from all trouble of your daily life in beautiful nature with all basic needs then Claire's place is definetly the place to be. I stayed 1 week and enjoyed every single day. I feel recharged and I have a lot more clarity which I give credit to Claire as well.

Hans was an absolutely amazing host. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for.

I would give 6 stars if it would be possible! Lorgia and Nick are just hosts like you can imagine! Communication was exemplary, I got great tips and recommendations, my check-in could be made flexible and minor changes were absolutely no problem! We'd love to at any time! Maruja and her husband were incredibly nice and helpful with everything ! My friend ripped one of her tote bags and Maruja got it fixed for her, and one night her husband even brought us dinner, all free of charge! They were always responsive and overall friendly and pleasant to talk to! Very nice stay!

This place is centrally located in San Juan and has all of the amenities one needs. Everything was fantastic. Loved having the pool. It is a huge house that was perfect for our group. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic airbnb. Clean, friendly staff and has a pool to cool down from the humidity. The aircon in the room was very welcome and they have WiFi and a big smart TV! We will return. The place according to the one indicated by the host, there is always a staff with whom you can consult any questions and with a good predisposition. There is a lot of mobility in the area that allows you to move to the different points in the city.

I have been staying with Davide in Iquitos since 2022, and traveling to iquitos since 2017. I feel very safe with him and his family and the other guests who come over. Any questions or concerns I may have be it groceries, dentist, cell phone repairs, and on and on Davide has always been able to help by utilizing his knowledge of the community he lives in. Casa Italia is cleaned constantly every day, the rooms are perfect for my needs where I can retreat in comfort or socialize if I want to. I highly recommend staying here if it's your first time in Iquitos or you have been coming for years.

If you'll be in Iquitos, I highly recommend this stay. It's in an excellent location, providing a peaceful and quiet sanctuary despite how loud the rest of the city is. It's very close to restaurants (2 minute walk) and has everything you need inside the apartment. The staff were all also so incredibly kind and helpful, and the main areas were fantastic. I really can't say or recommend enough.

This place seems to be my home in Iquitos. I felt very comfy and I had very good contact with the staff. The apartment itself is very spacious and has a lot of cosy places to sit down and relax. The mattress in the bedroom is very comfortable as well. Moronacocha district is quiet and I didn't hear the street noise which allowed me to sleep well and rest. The water in the shower is hot, there is a heater in the bathroom. All of the staff are very kind and easy-going, they're doing a very good job. I wish them good luck and hope to see them again soon!

The place was comfortable and relaxing. Carmen was super friendly and helpful to ensure we knew where to go, how much to pay and safe. We even saw her in grocery store and she was able to assist us with finding some items and offered to share her moto-kar with us. Thank you!

This is the second time in the arc of 2 weeks that I have been staying at Juan's. I couldn't recommend it more.
