Condo holiday rentals in Iowa

The home was perfectly spacious with plenty of room to lounge. The two living areas were robust and had ample seating for the family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities for a home cooked meal. The outdoor space is limited however this wasn’t necessary for our trip considering the cold weather. This place is perfect for families who need a space like home. I’d highly recommend!

This place was beautiful! We could’ve used a few more things in the kitchen like large bowls for prepping food. We had a great time, it was convenient and fit our family perfectly!

Great place and great location! Two blocks from the Civic Center (where I was working), across the street from the legendary Fong's Pizza, and a block away from Court St which is full of bars, restaurants and a Hy-Vee grocer. Bed was incredibly comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked, so my heart was won. Easy to get into this secure building. Had no issues. Would stay again!

Sean is very helpful with information and messages about the home. A comfortable, clean and spacious house. It was a wonderful place for our family to stay while we had our holiday family gathering at Eastern Star NH. Sean goes the extra mile to make his guests feel welcomed and supported.

Had an issue with no living room tv remote, host had one sent in a few hours while we were out, love the location and can’t beat ground floor no steps and loading luggage from vehicle in garage right into condo, so nice for my elderly husband. Suggested a few minor fixes, replace travel coffee maker with a full size and new linens and pillows for master bedroom, we will be back when visiting the area, greatly appreciate being pet friendly, and so much to do in the area , close to everything,

Great place. Makes the most sense to split with a large group of 8+ people. It’s very downtown and in walking distance of great restaurants and interesting sights.

This was our second time staying at Judy's beautiful little apartment. It's quiet and clean, with everything you need. It's a perfect place to stay while visiting family. We'll be back!

This was the perfect spot for a weekend in Des Moines. The location was great, nightlife, grocery store, and coffee shops were all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean and spacious with a great view of downtown. The garage space was an added bonus! Absolutely recommend.

We were here for a “Girls’ Weekend” and it was perfect! Plenty of room for us. Super comfy. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Many “extras” such as throw blankets, room diffuser, tea assortment, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, etc. Beautiful space and easy driving to local shops and restaurants. Maybe a bit pricey, but well-appointed; spacious, clean, comfortable and sweet “home away from home”! Thank you, Michelle!!

Our stay was great! This was the perfect condo for our family to stay in during my son's wedding. Ideal location for events at The Waterfront. Open living space for everyone to relax and visit during our free time. The kitchen had everything that we needed. We were so pleased with everything and highly recommend!

Very close to things to do. Great view of the lake. Plenty of room in the main room and on the deck. Only two and a half bathrooms. They were nice and clean but with eight people only two full baths make things a little crowded at times. Nice kitchen area. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Many more not far away. Overall a great place.
