Holiday rentals with lake access in Ioannina

Fanis was a great host! He was very responsive & his space was beautiful - it was perfect for two of us! Not too far from a town full of restaurants and nightlife! Would definitely stay again!!

If you are coming to visit Ioannina, look no further for a place to stay! Nikos' apartment is impeccable, beautifully appointed and gorgeous. Everything is absolutely top notch and you couldn't ask for a more perfect location within the citadel. There are incredible restaurants minutes away! Our stay was only 2 days but we were so relaxed we could have stayed for much longer. And Nikos is an incredible host who was there to help us with everything we needed. The extremely comfortable king-sized bed with perfect linens, the fantastic bathroom, and the wonderful radiator heating (we came here in the winter) along with the spacious and comfortable living room, lovely dining room and all the furnishings make this place 5 stars! Cannot recommend enough!

The apartment is right in the heart of the turist area and just a pleasurable walk from the lake and mirriads of caffes and restaurants. Its very new and artistically decorated. There are few of negatives. Finding parking if you are driving a car is difficult, the bed area upstairs is very small and i banged my head a few times on a beam trying to navigate around the bed, and there is no washing machine in the apartment which is difficult if you are travelling for a long time and staying more that 2 days. Despite that, we had a great time in Iwannina, and Efstathios and his mum were extremely sweet and kind, when i wasn’t feeling well for couple of days, offering to help, and i am very grateful. As i said, if you are visiting Iwannina for couple of days, you would not find a better or central place to stay.

This was our first time in Ioannina and Lucy’s place was perfect for our party of 4. It was fun to be inside the castle walls and everything we needed was close by. Lucy was very proactive and responsive to all our questions and super helpful. We loved that the home was so clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area. Thanks for a lovely place to stay and for the warm welcome.

Very nice location,in a quiet neighborhood with nice views and comfortable parking.With easy access to the citycenter.The house very clean with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay!The owners are very friendly and helpful! The food in the area was great!We had a great time, we hope to be able to visit again!!!

Excellent Destination for a long weekend, Excellent Property strategically placed a short walk from the lake and the commercial centre.

The place was great, very thoughtful, and clean. In a very good location, we went to the center of Ioannina on foot. It was next to restaurants cafes and bars. Worth a visit!!! 5 ⭐️ are few!!!

Stefan's place was very nice. The pool was great. It was about a 20 minute walk to the old town and the restaurants. Overall a great place to stay.
