Cottage holiday rentals in Intracoastal Waterway

Kevin reached out prior to our visit to make sure we had all the information we needed. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by little signs, welcoming us, as well as our dog, by name! The beach-themed decor is super cute! The gated deck area and the screened in porch were great for us and our dog. The community is very welcoming and friendly. Having access to the golf cart was helpful and convenient. We enjoyed the pools and Jacuzzi in the community area. Although it rained all week during our stay, we were able to find fun things to do in Myrtle Beach, such as Ripley’s aquarium, the house of mirrors and the haunted house. We highly recommend crabby Mike’s seafood buffet as a fun place to eat. The thermostat on the AC broke during our stay. Kevin was at the door within about 30 minutes and it was fixed by a professional within two hours. We really appreciated his responsiveness! Kevin and Janet were excellent hosts and we enjoyed our stay at the playful pelican very much!

This made the perfect place to stay for our girls trip! Kristy was so responsive to us every time we had a question about the area or the home. She greeted us with a basket of goodies for our stay too! Would stay here again!

John got back to me quickly when I had any questions. I could get ahold of him anytime. The place was perfect for our families-enough beds for everyone (8). Plenty of towels and the golf cart was in great shape.

Unit accurately described. Clean, great location no complaints. Only negative at first we didn’t see the instructions on how to enter the unit on the Airbnb email. Called the owner but they never called back-minor issue and only issue otherwise everything was great.

This place was perfect. It was centrally located, easy to get to, dog friendly and had everything anyone would need on a trip. We were there for work and couldn’t have had a better stay. Lindsey and Thomas were so responsive with any questions I had. The staff also was super nice. We will definitely be booking again for future work trips!

I booked this beach trip to take my elderly dog to the beach for the first time. Amazing that Maria has everything for your dog there.

This place exceeded our expectations! From the beginning, Matthew was very communicative and helpful. Check in was easy and the place was pristine! We loved drinking our morning coffee on the front porch overlooking the colorful azaleas. My kids loved the 2 twin bedroom and walking to the golf course. The pool was not open yet but is a great amenity to have so close by. It was a super easy, short drive to the Marsh Walk where we enjoyed food and drinks. If I ever find myself in Murrells Inlet I will stay here again and I would recommend to everyone!

Our stay at the little “inn” tuition was amazing. We were down in NC for a wedding and the location was central to all our friends and the venues for the events. The hot tub was especially a treat at the end of the day. Although we did not need the use of the kitchen I was pleasantly impressed with all the spices and cookware available. The suggestions for places to eat were also very helpful. I have already recommended this particular location to friends when they want to visit the area.

Robert's house is great. Three large bedrooms/2 baths/beautiful kitchen/nice screened back porch for morning coffee. Very clean with beautiful art all over. Fenced yard for our dog and lots of backyard plantings and birds. Robert very responsive as to any questions we had. Would be happy to stay here anytime. Peter/Meaghan and Titus the dog Madison,WI

second time we stayed at the salt house , it was close to both beaches ,was a short drive .

Adam was an awesome host! He was pleasant and prompt with his communication and very accomodating. You can't beat the location of the house and the proximity to the beach and the quality of nearby restaurants. People in the neighborhood were also very friendly. We were surprised to see that the front and back of the property were sand and dirt and that there was a home being built next door. Despite this, it was a great place to stay and we have already recommended the home to others.

We spent Thanksgiving at Topsail this year and rented Cheryl’s house to have extra space for our family in addition to our home next door. The kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we needed to fix our Thanksgiving meal! The house does not feel much like a rental, but more like staying at a family member’s home. We very much enjoyed our stay and the spectacular views of the sunset!

Super clean and comfy accommodations. Loved the beach decor throughout the cottage! Great location minutes away from the beach. The fire pit area is so nice and peaceful. Really appreciated having firewood available. Tim was friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend.

Leslie Ann's place was perfect size for our family of four. We loved the space underneath the house, which was spacious and great for hanging out. The location was amazing being less than 5 minute walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and stores. We had a great stay and would happily stay here again.

The place was as advertised. Great location for going to the beach and getting food. Pay to park everywhere in town so it was great to be able to walk.

The Palms was a great choice for Sunset Beach! A recently updated, cozy place for a couple or more. Located at the quiet end of the beach, a short walk to beach access, and packed with amenities - you cannot go wrong staying here. Janet and Mark are helpful, welcoming hosts. The house is clean, modern and well appointed, including a well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds, good shades, fans throughout, a screened porch to chill out. Enough beach gear to leave yours at home. Great restaurants and grocery stores a short drive away. We had a perfect long weekend in the sun and surf.

If you are looking for a very clean, well kept, fully stocked and cozy home, then this is the place that you need to book. Jenn is a wonderful host and her communication is very timely. There was a storm the week of our stay that ended up putting us one day behind due to flooding. Jenn was very accommodating and quickly refunded one night for us. She could not get to the house to clean due to flooding but asked a friend to assist. We were able to get to the house the very next day and start our vacation. The house is stocked with extra beach chairs, bikes, an outdoor grill, toiletries and any kitchen item that you may need. Jenn was thoughtful enough to have bottled water in the fridge incase you had a long trip. There is plenty of comfortable outdoor seating on the patio. Under the house she has swings where you can enjoy the beach weather and beautiful views of the marsh. Our family has already planned on coming back again next year. We really enjoyed our stay. The house has a 'beachy' feel to it and we felt relaxed and in beach mode the second we walked in. The path to the beach was right across the street from the house and the beach location is hard to beat....simply magnificent. Everything we needed from Publix to restaurants was just minutes away. Shannon and I highly recommend this home and we are sure to be back soon! Glenn

Taya is the best. Extremely attentive and asked what could be improved. The house is cute and perfect beach retreat for us and our dog. Outdoor deck fantastic and spent a lot of time there. Many dolphin sitings and quiet beach to relax. Plenty of great restaurants close by. Will return.

My family took an off season visit to the beach and we had great time staying in this beautiful , clean cottage! Perfect location close to everything. The golf cart definitely is a great plus. The host were very responsive and helpful, the instructions are clear and easy to check in too. Highly recommended !

We absolutely loved our stay! Both Rebecca and the property were fantastic. The pool was a perfect spot to relax, offering a beach retreat without the hassle of sand. (Sometimes you wanna be at the beach...without dealing with the beach. HA) The location is ideal for a staycation or vacation and I really appreciated how peaceful and quiet it was. It’s also incredibly walkable, making it easy to explore nearby shops/food and enjoy a walk with our dogs. Love it!

Anneliese was very responsive and checked on us during our stay. The house is in an amazing location, you can walk to the beach. She also gave great recommendations for things to do. Everything looks exactly how the pictures look and this was our second time staying here. We will definitely stay again.

Super cute place! Had very nice appliances and was decorated nicely. The fan in the bedroom next to the balcony was very slow and it was kind of hot at night. And for anyone staying with kids, there are two small beds and one blow up mattress. The beds were a little smaller than expected but im glad the blow up mattress was there. Overall, really quiet place and felt safe. Would recommend!
