Holiday rentals with a patio in Innere Stadt

This was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever been to! This rooftop terrace and the views are stunning, the apartment is comfortably furnished and the location is great too. Mario and Michi were quickly available the whole time and even allowed us to do a late checkout because we didn't leave until the evening. Thank you so much for this great time in Vienna!:) We will be happy to come back.

Everything was fantastic!

We had a very enjoyable, quiet stay. The apartment is well connected with the public transport and supermarkets, so you can quickly get into the city center. It was all as seen in the photos and we felt very comfortable. Definitely a recommended for stays in Vienna.

It was just in the photos. Apartment was clean cozy and had a lovely balcony. Only two mins walk from U1 metro line. The host was kind and superfast regarding communication.

Everything was super explained and everything worked out :)

Stefan’s place was wonderful, we felt right at home. Easily got around with public transport. The space is even more beautiful than the photos and communication with Stefan was very easy. Looking forward to being back!

It went very well and we liked the apartment, everything was as we expected. There’s a beautiful terrace, I wish it was cleaner but may be it’s because of the season. It was clean, enough space and everything we needed was there from iron to hairdryer and kitchen equipment was also enough. Thank you.

Great stay, everything impeccable!

It was a very nice stay. The space is even better in person than in the photos . Lots of great bedrooms, bathrooms, large living room, great garden with barbecue facilities. We celebrated my son's 18th birthday and he was super happy. And the host Michi is very friendly, helpful and responds super quickly. Before checking in, we received a detailed message in which all important points about the accommodation, surroundings, transport, restaurants, parking and emergency 😊 numbers. It was a very nice stay and we had a great time thank you for that. Will definitely be recommended or visited again.

We had a pleasant stay. Everything was super clean. Martin was easily accessible by phone,very friendly and helpful. I have nothing to complain about Highly recommend.

Pretty often we promise to stay at the same place if we visit the same city again but actually it hardly happens. It did happen this time! Schara's place was do welcoming that we chose it again when our daughter decided to visit Vienna with her friend. It's more than a place to stay. It feels home...

The place is easy to find. Murat gave clear instructions and check in was smooth and easy. Dedicated parking lot for this unit. The accommodation was spacious and very clean. Bathroom is clean as well. Kitchen is filled with sufficient utensils, along with working oven, microwave and dishwasher. My family love the place alot and wish we could stay longer. Murat was also very responsive. I highlighted an issue on the first night and he came over within 10mins and help to fix the issue. Very much appreciated.

We stayed for 4 nights. The apartment has far exceeded expectations, very nice places and equipped with everything you need. The parking spot was always available. In all the premises, the cleanliness was impeccable. Also, Angela was very helpful and friendly! I highly recommend it!!

Perfectly fully equipped apartment, very calm. Located in a residential area in a good 10-minute walk from Kagran station. Large bed, small office in access with desk. Uncomplicated stay with very good privacy. Nadine is an Airbnb pro! I will be happy to book the place again on occasion.

We felt right at home. Very comfortable and warm. We had everything at hand. We did a lot of our own cooking for the week we were there. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking full meals easily. It is really nice to have the bedroom separate from the living area. It was winter so we didn’t used the garden but it looks like it will be awesome in summer. Very close to transport and a supermarket in walking distance.

Patrick's place is amazing - gorgeous and spacious! Patrick is also a great communicator. Only caveat is that it's a bit far from the city center; though public transportation is convenient, easy, and cheap, there is not a lot to recommend the actual neighborhood as a tourist. But we learned the U-system very easily.

Very good, quiet, everything you need for cooking. The neighbors maybe a little curious and worried about having tourists in the apartment.

Our stay in Vienna was wonderful at Delia's and Michael's apartment, we felt right at home. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything (including a washer - dryer, and an impeccable shower (hard to find in a lot of places in Europe in my experience)). The house was very clean and we loved the thought that the hosts put into prepping the house (for example leaving complimentary toiletries, wine, sparkling water, chocolate and milk) which we appreciated a lot! The apartment is very well connected (1 min away from the tram) and we had a wonderful time making our way to the centre from there. Delia was super responsive, left clear instructions and was very helpful in whatever we needed. Overall, it was an 11/10 experience for us to stay here and definitely recommend it.

Well furnished apartment that is also suitable for a longer stay. Lively surroundings with many restaurants, cafés and shops. The center and the main attractions are easily accessible by tram and buses, partly also on foot.

A great stay near family. Everything provided for a young family, 2 high chairs and a cot. Hosts very helpful, responsive and thoughtful.

An excellent apartment to stay at with all the touristy things located at a close radius. The building was excellent, the instructions provided by Andie was spot and she was a pleasure to communicate with. Everything needed in an apartment to make living comfortable (especially with a toddler) was provided. The views from the apartment was amazing. Highly recommend Andie and the apartment.
