Chris was one of the most gracious and accommodating Airbnb hosts I’ve ever encountered. He generously offered an early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, making my stay even more seamless. The property is ideally located in the heart of Newtown—a studio, yet surprisingly spacious and thoughtfully designed. Every amenity one could possibly need is provided, with carefully curated gadgets and essentials placed for utmost convenience. A comprehensive instruction manual, complete with detailed information and maps, ensures a hassle-free experience. The added perk of free underground parking was a fantastic bonus. I wholeheartedly recommend Chris’s place for an exceptional stay.

The host was accommodating and the house was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed! The kitchen was especially great, all the gadgets were in an excellent condition. We would love to stay again and recommend other friends and families!

A very responsive, friendly & professional host. Carlo went above and beyond to ensure we received keys early which was a huge help to us as we vacated our home for a renovation. Any future accommodation needs for us or family & friends we will stay there again.

Pan’s place was in a great location just a minutes walk to train station, mascot central (where there are restaurants and Woolworths and a children’s playground) and anytime fitness. The building seemed a bit tired, but her place was clean and very comfortable. It was very nicely furnished. Despite its location in the heart of mascot, it was very quiet inside. It had everything we needed. Pan, our host, was very responsive to questions.

Lovely little studio with a great view. Hosta even left us a little anniversary present which made us feel very welcomed. Lots of nice touches, local guide, breakfast, even short stay toiletries! Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. The location is great with a short walk to great bookshops and Glebe market if you stay on a weekend. Had a delicious croissant and coffee nearby. Had a sweet short stay, very comfy.

This place is surrounded by beautiful restaurants and charming shops, with lively streets full of people. There’s always something to do nearby. The apartment itself is spacious, featuring a separate living room, two bedrooms, and a kitchen - it truly feels like a home.

It is also close to the nearby station, and it was easy to access downtown, or wherever you went, such as Bondi Beach. It's a house where birds alert you, and it was easy to cook. If I come to Sydney next time, I would like to stay again.

The house is comfortable and spacious with plenty of room for a family of five. It was clean and tidy. There were enough towels, toilet paper, etc. The location is excellent. The communication was rapid and precise and very helpful. Great hosts and a recommended location.

One of the most beautiful AirBnBs I can remember staying in. Architecturally beautiful with nice touches throughout. Easily the most well-equipped kitchen I've seen in an AirBnB, which when combined with the beautiful dining spaces made it a shame to go out and eat. A short walk to the light rail that will take you into the city, but also walkable to many great cafes and local restaurants. Great running routes nearby too. David's team were great hosts, proactive communicators who offered a seamless early check-in process. Would gladly stay here again.

Jason’s 2-storey house at 100 Regatta Canada Bay is truly a gem, especially for a large group of 10 pax. The space is incredibly well-thought-out and provides everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The car garage fits 2 cars, but do be mindful not to park on the tiles. For additional parking, there are spaces available near the main door and along the roadside, so you’re not limited to just 2 cars. Near the garage, there’s also a BBQ facility, which is covered and appears well-maintained, although I didn’t get a chance to use it. The house itself is super clean and tidy, reflecting Jason’s attention to detail. Inside, the house features 5 spacious bedrooms with plenty of walking space, making it perfect for larger groups. The huge living hall with a TV was a hit among us, especially for gamers (note: a Nintendo Switch isn’t included). The 2 fully-equipped kitchens came with all the utensils and accessories we could ask for, and the laundromat made washing and dryi

Jillian was a fabulous host and so helpful. Loved sitting on verandah and watching the world go by.

Fabulous standout location. 15 minutes walk from Newtown/Enmore restaurants, trains and shops. Easy Uber to CBD only 15/20 minutes away. Jane’s house was generously sized and had all the amenities you’d want. We often used the private patio area to eat outside and the fabulous kitchen to cook in. The house was fully air conditioned making it comfortable on the warmer days for living and sleeping in.

Clare's house is very clean and tidy, making it a true home away from home. The location of the entire property is also excellent, close to various food districts and attractions

We spent lovely days in Daniel’s house. The location is great and close to the city center. Also Daniel is very friendly and welcomed us in person when we arrived at his house. It’s really helpful that we don’t need to navigate everything in his room by ourselves. Also he is kindly to show us the surroundings and reply back quickly. I definitely will go back to Daniel’s house next time. Thank you.

Fabulous stay! The apartment is well equipped and is in such a lovely location, only steps from restaurants/cafes and the train station. It was extremely clean and had everything we could have asked for. Would highly recommended!

So pleased to have tried staying somewhere new. Just near a beautiful park, a 10 min walk to a great row of shops and cafes and a short taxi ride to the city. Public transport easy too. Narelle was so communicative and able to get us on early when I flight was early. Thank you for helping! Can’t think of anything to suggest. It was a pleasure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean & very well stocked. The location is amazing within a very walkable neighbourhood. Super comfy bed. We loved the balcony too. Malcolm was friendly, informative & provided some groceries. He answered any questions quickly. We will definitely stay there again

Sophia’s unit was clean and tidy and easy to get to , we will definitely stay again when we go back to Sydney .

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very well appointed apartment with a large balcony with views to the harbour and close to Balmoral beach, restaurants and the centre of Mosman, but still a quiet, peaceful setting. The apartment was fully equipped and the beds very comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked, fresh bread and milk a nice touch. Our interactions with Dianne were delightful and would certainly book again and recommend to friends and family.

Having public transport on the doorstep does have drawbacks, however we knew about the noise from the trams and the positives outweighed the negatives.

The place is fantastic, modern, comfortable and clean. The host is very helpful and responds immediately. The bed and pillows are sooo good. Would recommend.

A perfect spot for our week in Sydney. Loved the daily walk to town through the Botanical Gardens as well as the local restaurants and theatre. Highly recommend.
