Holiday rentals with a sauna in Inlet Beach, Walton County

Pictures don't do justice, the place is better in person. Love the location and views, you dont need to go anywhere else, you have it all right there, they also have beach chairs, coolers, nets for the kids, floaties and much more. The apartment is very comfortable and it was perfect for my family, I feel I booked it too short.. next time at least 10 days. Amazing Host and will come back. Thank You so much.

This place is awesome!!! The staff here are great! They enforce all the rules to everyone. The bad reviews about them are probably the folks who tested the rules. They’re always checking the parking garage, the pool, who’s making disturbances after hours and handle it! If you want a place that has order, this is your place. If you want chaos, go somewhere else. Staff deserves a huge kudos! This condo is perfect!!! We loved everything and would have loved to stay longer. We will most definitely be back here!!! 💯💯💯💯

It was really a privilege to get to stay on the 26th floor right by the water. Such amazing views. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed, including W/D and all the beach chairs. It’s true that the elevators can take a while, but once we adjusted our pace a little bit, it was not a problem. So great to have a hot tub and pool on site, and the hosts were very clear and communicative. If we’re ever back in Panama City Beach, we’d love to stay here again!

Our experience was amazing! This is the place to book if you're visiting Panama City Beach, it's right in the center of the action, and it is very spacious! Would definitely recommend this place!

The condo is in an excellent location with beautiful views of the gulf and Lake Powell. The pool was very nice and clean. Many shops and restaurants close by. Just a short drive to 30A.

Description & pictures are spot on and we NEVER heard any neighbors! Elevators were not a problem as we were weren't staying during peak season. Keith had great suggestions on being prepared for potential long check ins and elevator waits. Check in was less than 5 minutes & we had a 5 minute wait one time for the elevator! 180° view of the ocean is breath taking. We saw a manatee, and watched visits from manna rays several times a day. Bed & linens were very comfortable, & I'm picky about linens! My back never hurt due to an uncomfortable bed. I would find myself waking up at night and going out to the balcony to take in the sights & sounds. With a full moon during our stay the beach was fairly bright at night. Several beach towels, chairs, & umbrella were available for us. The walk to the water is a shorter distance than other beaches. Bring a scoop of some sort to look for the bigger sea shells! Come prepared for a very pleasant week & a lot of time at the beach!

The condo was as pictured. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for cooking meals. The air conditioner was not always cooperative during the day, but in the evening it was fine. The unit could use a bigger hot water heater. The resort itself was nice however the two hot tubs in the gym were under maintenance all week and never were operational and one day the indoor pool was as well. No outdoor heated pool and one of the outdoor hot tubs was not very hot so the hotter one was always full. The codes change for the gate and gym so ask security for updated codes. The theatre was nice and we attended a couple movies. The elevator is just outside the condo and was convenient. Took 5-10 minutes sometimes to get on one when some were down. It wasn’t a big issue. Our cargo topper on our van barely fit in the garage. Overall we had fun and it was a pleasant week. My husband and oldest son ran the 5k New Years run a mile up the road, the pier park fireworks are visible.

This condo is absolutely amazing! It is very clean and beautifully decorated! From the fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms to the extremely comfortable beds, it exceeded our expectations. Nitish is a great host. Kind and quick to respond. We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location with lots to do and plenty of restaurants to walk or drive too. Place was spacious with huge balcony and gorgeous view. We couldn’t hear any of the other neighbors which was a first for us. Was quiet and peaceful at/during night time. There was construction going on next door, which is out of the owner’s control, but was only during the day. We were never in the condo during the day, so it didn’t bother us. Would recommend staying here.

If you're looking for a convenient location look no further, this unit is very close to all the main attractions in PCB. The unit is exactly as described and you will love the view from the balcony on the 17th floor. Instructions were simple to follow and everything at the resort was easy to acess, including parking. We enjoyed our time and highly recommend booking!

Condo felt like home! Definitely true to pictures. In the master bedroom the sliding glass doors opened out to the gulf. The view and sound of the ocean was wonderful to fall asleep to and start your day. The beds were most comfortable with high quality sheets and even mattress toppers. The white pristine soft towels well suited the master bathroom shower. With four jets of water and good quality tea tree amenities one was most comfortable. The living room furniture was very comfortable and cosy. A well stocked kitchen and excellent laundry facilities inside the condo. The soft sandy beach is easily accessible and very safe. The small gym was clean with friendly staff and also had a sauna. Pool, steam room and hot tub were clean and convenient. We highly recommend this airbnb!

We stayed for fall break with our two teenage kids and there was so much to do and plenty of things to walk to and do at the condo. The view from the balcony was amazing and waking up from the master bedroom and seeing the ocean view was incredible. The restaurant at the condo had great food and everything was very nice and clean. The condo has everything you need from kitchen supplies to beach chairs and towels and even a backpack cooler. We truly enjoyed our stay and Michelle was an amazing host and very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4!!! We were meeting up with our son stationed in Panama City in the Navy. We made many memories cooking, enjoying the balcony watching TV and spending time on the beach. We were taking pictures of our mattress and pillows in the MBR as they were extremely comfortable. The hosts are genuinely friendly, sweet as can be and are very responsive for anything you need or any question you may have. Although the house manual also explains everything. This property is amazing, perfect for a family, everything you need is provided, comfortable, cozy, beautifully decorated, clean…..I can’t say enough about this property!!! It’s private but just a few mins from the beach and a short drive away from tons of restaurants and different things to do. 30A is an amazing area and the perfect vacation spot. And the hosts are just as amazing!!! Wonderful experience!!! Wonderful property!!! This vacation was a dream come true of ours and Heather and her family helped make it as easy and as perfect as it could have been!!!! They are truely amazing people! ❤️ We will be back next year and I can only hope we get to stay at Heathers Place!! 💜🦎🏖️🌞

Beautiful home. My family and I rented a golf cart and did not touch our vehicles for a week. Stunning neighborhood, pool is just steps away, the beach path is right outside the door. Great places to eat. John was extra helpful and always responsive. I will definitely visit again.

Loved it! Pinnacle Port was very welcoming and had lots to do. The beach is so close but the pool and sauna were available of the weather did not let us get outside. The condo had everything we could have needed. John was extremely responsive and accommodating! We will look to book again!

Even though we had no AC and the pool was green when we arrived, Philip quickly responded and had it fixed asap. Other than that, it is an absolutely great house!

Good place to stay with more than enough room for 6 of us adults. Great location with short walk to the beach and restaurants. Katie was incredibly helpful and responsive!
