Me & My Partner stayed here for the weekend just to get away from home for a lovely weekend, we absolutely loved it Natalie is so lovely and welcoming we felt right at home, the accommodation has everything you need for your stay, the hot tub is a perfect treat to end the night with, we ate at The Ranch in Louth was absolutely beautiful, there is a takeaway that will deliver to where you are if you wanted a takeaway, the views are beautiful, hearing all the animals in the morning and seeing ducks on the lake, the weather was absolutely freezing but we didn’t let that stop us from enjoying ourselves, 10/10 recommend we will be coming back to stay with Natalie Again. Accommodation was spotless everything was perfect thank you so much for a wonderful evening <3 xox

Absolutely loved stopping at amys place it was home from home as soon as we walked through the door it felt like home lots of personal touches an absolutely spotless loved the ducks that were on the lane everyday and thismorning was greated with 17 ducklings the garden was lovely and a lovely seating area couldn't of asked for anything else even the dogs settled in the neighbours were lovely and helped with directions lol defo wouldn't hesitate to go back when we next travel that way keep doing what ur doing amy its priceless

Had a relaxing time at the cottage. The house was lovely and comfortable with lots of little homely touches, the dogs also enjoyed themselves as we were only a short walk from the beach, town was very close also so we could pop in for coffee and a bite to eat. Great location, Claire and Kevin have done a great job of the place to make us feel at home. We will definitely return to Avocet House. Andy, Andrea, Custard &Dottie.

This little place is clean, well equipped & comfortable. Everything you could ever want is there. The kitchen has every cooking utensil you would need. The bedroom is comfortable with lots of soft blankets. The living room has a lovely l shaped couch. We only had a short visit but would happily have stayed longer. Michele was lovely & even went over to put the heating on before our arrival. Very welcome as we’d spent the day on the woods watching seals.

We contacted Judy after the place we originally booked wasn’t as described and we urgently had to find somewhere else. She was incredibly helpful and allowed us to book in very early on a Sunday morning. Location is lovely, although not our first choice (we originally booked walking distance from beach) but non the less a great place to explore the wolds but also a very close drive to the beach. My son loved the pool table. Lovely BBQ also available to use. Apartment extremely well equipped and the kitchen had everything you could want from a self catering apartment. Beds very comfortable. Cot for baby, high chair and even cot bedding (nice touch!) was provided, so would definitely recommend it for families.

My partner and I stayed here with our little Pomeranian dog and 2 friends. It was lovely as soon as we walked in with the Christmas decorations up for our stay w/c 23-27 for Christmas Day and Boxing Day! Was very relaxing and cosy! Everything I needed in the kitchen to do a perfect Christmas dinner 🎄🎅🏼. Definitely would love to come back and stay! ☺️

Amazing place to stay if you’re looking for something quiet and peaceful. Moreover, Jules and Paul were incredible hosts and made us feel like home. Can’t wait to visit again soon

Overall a lovely stay. Took about 12 hours to warm up but then it was comfortable. Cheryl was quick to respond to a concern we had discovered. Not much parking nearby - depending on time of day we had to drive around a bit to find a hard standing space. Nice quiet site at end of sept.

My husband and two young children stayed for 3 days and it was absolutely wonderful. Caravan was beautiful, so many extras to make it feel like home. The hamper upon entry was a lovely surprise also children’s room was made up especially! So grateful, the kids loved every minute, especially the hot tub! Would love to stay again in the future. Thankyou!!!!
