It was perfect for a weekend getaway. The setting is beautiful. It was lovely having the winery and cafe on the property. Holly and Kirk were welcoming. I really appreciated the bottle of wine! And having some bottles of water and snacks available. I would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at "The Lil Carrot"! This place is simply perfect for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and reflect. The space was incredibly comfortable and immaculately clean. We loved how much natural light filled the room through the numerous windows—it really brightened up our days. The property was filled with so many thoughtful extras that made our stay exceptional. Judy, our host, truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. By far, she is the best host we've ever had on Airbnb! We wholeheartedly recommend "The Lil Carrot" for anyone seeking a cozy and rejuvenating getaway. Our dog, Radley, enjoyed the awesome dog bed and treats provided by the host.

This was The Best Christmas Ever! Dominique is A Gem 💎! She had her house COMPLETELY Christmas Decorationed Out! Outside Lights, Inside lights, Holiday Decorations Everywhere, Even a Beautiful Natural Christmas Tree 🎄. All of My Family came to visit and there was enough room to relax and in the kitchen for everybody to help with Tamales!! Dominique, "Thank You "just aren't good enough words . This started a New Tradition for our Family and we are Already Planning Next year. (Do you take reservations a year in advance?😁) This was just The Perfect Vacation/Christmas. So Relaxing and Quiet. We had an absolutely wonderful time! The hot tub was perfect and the location was amazing. We were able to get to a State game and all over very easy. It was also a great house to just hang out and spend time with our friends. We loved the kitchen that had all the things you need. The bed sheets were soft and the couch and living space was very comfy. Thank you for such a great vacation!

I’d like to thank William for sharing his home with us during our difficult time. My mom passed away the day after Christmas and we need some extra space for family members coming from out of town to stay. William’s home was warm and comforting for my family. It was a great location just down the road from the restaurant where we were having the memorial luncheon after the service. It worked out really well for us. William was very gracious and tried to accommodate our needs even when he had he’s own issues with a previous guest who damaged his property. Thank you so much William for your kindness during our difficult time.

Jessica’s home was exactly as described and more. The extra touches (such as throw blankets and space heaters) made us feel comfortable and at home. The three season room and back yard are awesome and the home was clean. We were close to shopping and restaurants making it easy for us to buy food or other essentials. I will definitely stay at this home in future visits to Lansing.

Came as advertised, would stay again next time we visit. Heather was responsive and easy to communicate with. Convenient location to get around all points near Lansing.

I adored this home everything was perfect. I would definitely book this place again when ever I’m in town. Just make sure if your enjoying the back patio after 10pm that you whisper or just go inside so you don’t disturb the neighbors

My family had a fantastic stay. The house was clean, well set up, and very comfortable. My kiddos enjoyed the light up stars in one of the bedrooms. Jill was very responsive from initial booking through the end of our stay.

A great place for our family, guests, and dog. We stayed here for Thanksgiving holiday to visit our daughter who is a MSU student. Her friends and our dog enjoyed the space and relaxation. It was easy to check in, enough private parking for our family and guests. Close walk to nice park for the dog. Nice restaurants within walking distance if needed. Place was stocked with plenty of amenities that accommodated reheating/making our Thanksgiving dinner. Would love to come back again sometime.

This is a must stay for anyone who appreciates mid-century modern architecture and in particular the designs of Frank Lloyd Wright. This is the tenth Wright Usonian that I have had the privilege to stay in over the last 20 years. The one thing that I would add that is not mentioned in the other reviews is the significant collection of art work by Alma Goetsch and Katherine Winckler which is displayed throughout the house. This is a fitting tribute to these forward thinking women who had the foresight to ask Wright to design a house for them and represents an additional reason to consider staying here.

Home was exactly as advertised. Very quite area and beautiful surroundings Kelly was a great host, she met us upon arriving and walked us through the home, suggested local restaurants. Kelly is very personable and easy to approach, was responsive to a minor question we had Great experience would rent again

Do not hesitate to stay here! Our family of 5 spent 2 nights here while visiting our daughter at MSU. Everything was absolutely perfect! First, Jennifer is great with communications. She answered all of my questions, provided lists of restaurants and activities, and explained how things in the house worked. She always responded promptly to any questions I had. When we were worried about being snowed in, she dropped off a bag full of games! She told us to help ourselves to any food in the pantry. Next, the home was cozy and spacious. Plenty of beds and room to spread out. We cooked a meal and found everything we needed. We slept wonderfully in very comfortable beds with great linens. There was plenty of hot water for the showers along with shower amenities. No need to bring anything! It was a quiet street and we parked in the driveway. Easy to get anywhere, even in the snow. We loved spending time as a family playing games and watching tv together. We will definitely be back!

Jay was a communicative host and his place was exactly as described. We’d be happy to stay there again given the location.

The house worked perfectly for us for visiting family for the holidays. It was clean and there was enough space to meet our needs. Having the fenced in yard was really great for the family dog. And the outdoor overhang was a good option for inclement weather. The furniture was comfortable. There was plenty of storage to put things away in the kitchen. Having the dining table in the living room was nice for hanging out and relaxing together. The beds were all comfortable. We appreciated there were a couple lap blankets and extra bedding as well. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay at nice little home. Kunal was super great in helping us out when we had an issue and even gave extra goodies!
